In the anime, Darui uses it vs. Sasuke in the land of iron. They all fire simultaniously but can be lagged somewhat. However, this is an instant fire jutsu, it doesnt last longer than one post. So that ring will dissipate after the jutsu. However, the ring is made in the actual anime

Can cut into an indestructible weapon up to one inch before stopping. The enemy can be cut through cleanly, detaching entire limbs with a single stroke and can go cleanly through half the torso, whether vertical, diagonal or horizontal in one swing as well, cauterizing any flesh and organs that it comes in contact with.

A drawback of this technique, is that the blade loses all of its cutting edge in the 10 post cool so that it becomes blunt like a club and will gain back 10% cutting power each round. and when the blade finally cools, the full cutting power is restored. The justu itself lasts for 5 posts, 10 post cooldown, twice per topic use.

It sounds something similar to the ability Storm Swim that Raijin has, base it more on that in terms of power and how long it lasts. Otherwise the power level you have now is S rank level and you don't have any more open slots there.

Advanced Elements would normally be stronger at their rank than normal elements. This attack at S Rank would be able to 'erase' an entire opponent completely in one swoop. I also stated that it cuts through, not cracks. Obviously it wouldnt go all the way through due to the blade only being coated on the outer edge. Plus more than one person has registered the lightning blade, and this is an advanced element variation, and many can make the same custom technique with just about every element.
