Description: no hand seals, Tenkan kaminari is a sub-technique within Lightning Release, allowing a Lightning user to absorb lightning chakra into their body as energy, then release the lightning in a more desirable direction. The user lets the energy in his or her own body's Tenketsu Points flow, creating a current. Naturally, the lightning will follow it. The user must create a pathway of chakra, from the index and middle fingertips of their non-dominant hand, from where the Raiton chakra is absorbed, up their arm to the shoulder, then down into the stomach. The stomach is the source of energy within the human body, where all the Tenketsu Points meet to form a 'sea of Chakra'. From the stomach, the user directs it up again and out the other arm. The stomach detour is critical, the user must not let the lightning pass through his or her heart, or the damage could be fatal. This technique can be used to absorb any lightning technique (apart from melee attacks such as the Chidori) and redirect them in a position to the choosing of the user, preferably back at the opponent. The use of this technique requires maximum control over the lightning element thus it can only be learned by Jounin and higher ranked shinobi. This is usable only twice per topic in order to keep the user's internal electrical currents from overloading, it can be used a third time however but this would result in death. Description: Requires Hand Seals; when this technique is completely prepared by the series of hand signs the users hands are each temporarily coated in lightning on the left and a funnel of wind on the right. This lasts until they draw a series of runes in the air which spell out Gullinbursti in the ancient tongue. Inside the runes lurks the giant boar but in order to come out he must take elemental form. So first comes a large wind blast that would knock everyone back a few feet at least which forms into the shape of a boar nearly fifteen feet from the snout to the base of the tail. After that there is a burst of lightning that can shock but not damage anyone within fifteen feet, the shock is more for show but will normally spark static electricity that makes people's hair stand on end. This lightning grabs onto the wind body of the boar and fills it out completely. Giving it a golden coat and razor sharp tusks. The boar's eyes glow like search lights inside the wind body and shine out to illuminate naturally darkened areas. The boar can run at speeds of seventy miles per hour and is able to fly through the air just as easily as it runs on land. The "golden bristles" coating gullinbursti are able to send out electric shocks that have enough volts and amps in them to cause third degree electrical burns if it makes contact with anything and the tusks have enough raiton element chakra in them to cut through any material. This creation can stay in existence for a total of three rounds before exploding with a six round cool down before the technique can be cast again.

Boar - Just like with Andeddo and his elemental wolf, this is getting too close to an actual summon. I think maybe we need to have a staff discussion about this, bc I'm not sure that with them getting this strong, that they will be allowed..

Description:  This technique does not require the use of hand seals, however the user must charge chakra into their corneas for the amount of time they would normally perform seals for a B rank jutsu. The technique is launched instantly when the chakra is charged and eye contact is made between the user and the target and then several stages take place.  First step is the introduction of the illusion which differs from person to person depending on how they wish to make it appear but the effects are always them same. First the target feels their body temperature rise by as much as fifty degrees and then after a few seconds their internal temperature will drop one hundred degrees (fifty below the original) and continue switching back and forth at random short intervals.  Though this is only a mental trick and therefore does not actually affect the body's temperature the body thinks it is changing back and forth which will have a dramatic side effect. After the illusion has been in place for three rounds the body of the target shuts down and they enter a state of comatose for two rounds.  After the technique is launched there is a five post cool down. This can be broken by Kai.

Alright. The side effects you speak of, give an example of one.

Im assuming you mean the temperature chaos, easy enough to explain. When the temperature "goes up" the body will not actually heat up but the mind will think it heating up so it will release sweat to try and release the heat through the glands, then maybe even just after a few seconds the temperature can drop a hundred degrees a the body will suffer slight shock followed by the mental state that they think they are freezing and the heart would slow down. As described it would rapidly change back and forth like this randomly in short intervals so the body would be worked extremely hard and be forced to shut down for the two rounds to reboot itself.

Obstacles that would normally obstruct regular vision, such as walls and thick dust clouds, are ineffective against Seismic Sense, and caverns and other cavities deep underground can also be detected by an acute Seismic Sense. Even metal that is not on the ground can be detected. Another ability enabled by Seismic Sense is lie detection. The sense allows Kinzoku to sense the interiors of humans through the iron in their blood, and any changes in their status. How far exactly can this extend, as I didn't find it extremely clear in that aspect. How good is the lie detection, and at what range does it start to lose it's accuracy, if it is like most things and degrades over either time/distance.
