This technique only works on himself and people he's particularly familiar with seeing as he has to have known the normal chakra activity in their brain before being able to detect anomalies. However this technique doesn't actually heal anything, only allow the user to 'look' into the body without opening it up. Obviously this doesn't work with other people's chakra, only the casters, and any techniques that affect the caster's motor control would also throw this technique out of whack.

Description: A style of combat few master, let alone even know about, that combines ones skill with blades and proficiency with genjutsu in a similar fashion to Nin-Taijutsu. It was developed to eliminate the need to let go of ones weapon in combat in order to form the hand seals necessary to use genjutsu by learning to use their blade as a focus for moderating their chakra. By channeling their chakra into the blade practitioners of this style can make their blade vibrate and "hum" according to the amount of chakra used, hitting certain tones according to the rank of chakra prepared for a genjutsu technique. (The higher the rank the higher the pitch) The resonance between practitioner and weapon serves as their form of hand seals, allowing them to cast genjutsu normally or even through the hum of weapon itself if the genjutsu can be cast audibly. However, the hum put out by the weapon is nowhere near as loud as a forceful clap of the hands, reducing range of genjutsu cast this way to 30ft. This style of combat can only be utilized with blades that the wielder is familiar with and doesn't work with anything other than genjutsu.

This technique targets the part of the brain that monitors and maintains the chakra used for sustaining techniques such as long term genjutsu, supplementary techniques, controlled techniques, etc; pretty much anything that requires an upkeep cost. It then disrupts that part of the brain preventing the ability to sustain techniques and stopping any currently sustained techniques, however it doesn't prevent the ability to use these techniques only keep them active for any extended amount of time. It has no effect on "cast and forget" techniques such as the Water Bullet or Great Fireball techniques. Essentially this reduces the duration for jutsu cast by the target to 1 with an inability to sustain anything beyond that.

Description: A more advanced version of Over Pressure that allows Thaddeus to create more powerful high velocity blasts of water from his weapons without requiring physical contact with his target, although it is still more effective when forced into a wound. With slashing attacks penetration is increased to the point of cutting through medium-large trees, complete bifurcation, and cutting through medium sized boulders as the pressurized water forces its way into the target via the edge of the blade. The penetration of piercing attacks is increased to the point of punching through six feet of stone or three inches of steel if the blade can make a dent in it. Instead of a harmless spray of water when blocked the water comes out of the leading edge of the blade with enough force to fracture smaller bones and cause heavy bruising. This technique also has a more defensive purpose with its more powerful bursts of water. Slashing and piercing attacks can sever/punch through other suiton or liquid (ink/acid/blood/poison/etc.) techniques of the same rank or lower as long as the weapon used "cuts" into the water of an opponents technique, forcing water infused with Thaddeus's chakra into the "wound" and forcing the water controlled by the opponent away. It can cut through katon techniques even more effectively, or extinguish a portion of them along the trajectory of a swing to be more specific; up to A-Rank in power. The path created by "cutting through" katon techniques is five feet wide, and three feet wide for suiton or liquid techniques.
