The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Vacuum of Deva Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Element: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: 100 feet (10 foot "high-powered" range) Description: This fuuinjutsu is slightly different than most, because the seal is etched into the opponent's own body deep enough to draw blood, when the kanji for "Emptiness" drawn into the skin, the actual fuuinjutsu can begin. When the seal is activated by performing three posts of handseals uninterrupted and yelling "Kai" (Release), the seal opens a vacuum that can suck in anything not rooted into the ground outside of 10 foot "high-powered" range of the seal. Anything and everything within the 10 foot range is sucked in, including the user or any other people. Often, the person who has this seal placed on them will be crushed by the multitude of objects that are pulled towards the seal by the total vacuum created by the seal.
The opponent can escape the seal itself by either not allowing the opponent to etch the seal into their skin, or, after the seal is activated, if the opponent can move at least 50 mph, the objects will instead crash into each other while they try to catch up with the vacuum. The seal only lasts for one post, meaning that as long as the opponent is able to run 50 mph for a single opponent, they will be able to escape the fuuinjutsu. This jutsu can only be used once per topic.

No, this will not seal bijuu into a person. Otherwise, the drawback of having to cut a word into a person's skin (which would require the opponent to be absolutely still) wouldn't be worth squat.
Ok, so you carve the seal into the opponents skin. So it sucks objects at the vaccum on the opponents skin. This is a once per topic use, just to clear that up.
