Description: This fuuinjutsu technique creates one large seal etched into the ground, surrounded by a circle twenty feet from the center. The single kanji in the middle is "Naraka", the hell of Buddhism. When anyone other than the user steps into the circle, they will find that they cannot lift their feet off the ground, as anyone who steps within the circle will have their ankles chained into the ground via chakra chains. This can only trap up to two people other than the user, who is also chained in place at the center. The chains cannot be felt, but their effect can be felt if the user tries to pull their feet up off the ground.

The chains only require a D-rank amount of chakra to be dispelled, but the chakra must stop the chains from touching the skin. This technique is mostly meant to slow an opponent down, as they will have to break through the fuuinjutsu with every step they take while inside the circle. The seal requires a one-post warm up, but a ten-post cooldown due to the amount of chakra needed to stop a person from moving. A fuuinjutsu specialist would still have a bit of trouble countering the jutsu, because it is etched in the ground and written on ink, but it would only cost them an E-rank amount of chakra to escape from the fuuinjutsu (this only applies to fuuinjutsu that is secondary or above in skill level).

Warm up, Cooldown? Can a Fuuinjutsu user counter the seal with less chakra than a normal person?

Description: This fuuinjutsu technique creates two seals, both marked "warmth" in kanji. Once placed and activated, the two seals will slowly release an immense amount of heat, raising the temperature by at least 20 degrees Fahrenheit. This can also be placed directly on a person, though it will not burn them. This technique can be used in hot climates during a fight to make the opponent sweat, and therefore make their grip more slippery, or in cold climates to help make a camp site hospitable. If anyone within the 20 foot range uses weaponry or taijutsu for five posts straight, it will cause heat exhaustion, making the person feel sluggish and weak (-15% to speed and strength), and even causing difficulty in breathing.

Warm-Up of one post, cooldown of three posts, lasts for 10 posts in a fight, or the whole topic if used for camping. If the seal is found, it can be physically removed.

Again, can these be broken by fuuinjutsu users?

The fuuinjutsu can be broken by anyone, if they manage to find the seal.

Now, what effects does it do to the enemy to make them sweat? Does it reduce and stats? If so, How much?

Um.... It increases the temperature by 20 degrees? In a rainforest, the temperature often reaches mid-90's Fahrenheit. That's already hot enough to make a person sweat, and increasing the temperature to over-100 can cause heat exhaustion.
Added a small decrease in stats for special conditions.

Description: First, the user places a seal (only one seal at a time) on the opponent's skin, by placing their palm against the opponent's skin and pushing chakra onto the skin in the form of the seal. For five posts afterwards, any blunt-force attack that lands on the opponent can hurt the opponent a second time with the same amount of force at the user's will (by saying the word "Repeat" loud enough that the sound reaches the seal. In other words, if the opponent leaves the topic before the seal is activated, it can no longer be activated). Cutting or slicing attacks are not repeated at all, and neither are ninjutsu attacks. (In other words: Seal is placed, opponent is punched on the chest by the user. The user then activates the seal, and the opponent feels the same force applied to his chest a second time.)

Two post warm-up, ten post cooldown, can only repeat the damage of a blunt-force attack once before the fuuinjutsu runs out of chakra and disappears.

How do you activate the seal to make the second damage occur? Do you create handseals for a post? I suppose the two post warm up is in the hands, however, can you place the seal twice by using both hands seperatly or is it one hand use only?

Description: This fuuinjutsu technique creates a single seal that can only be placed on an object or a part of the environment. When the seal is activated via shouting "Rot" loud enough for the sound to reach the seal, the seal eats away at the object or part of the environment it is attached to (in a 5x5x5 foot cube). Depending on the substance of the object, it can take between one and four posts (one for wood, two for stone, three for iron/steel, four for harder metals).

The 5x5x5 cube does not cause any damage to animate objects. Warm-up of two posts, with a ten post cooldown. Does not rot away legendary weapons (A-rank or above). This seal can be stopped by the opponent using a B-rank technique that covers their weapon with chakra, or by removing the seal before it can take full effect.

There are many weapons that allow chakra to be charged throughout them, so these would apply also I would think. However, what rank would these type of charges need to be at to break the seal?

Description: Activating this fuuinjutsu technique creates a single large 3x3 foot seal that can be filled with as many as 1000 small projectile weapons (kunai, small shuriken, senbon) that, when activated via timed release or proximity, release that projectile at about sixty miles per hour. The projectile weapons will be launched all at once in a kind of spray with an angle of 30 degrees, allowing the projectile weapons to spread out a little, but to also stay relatively close to one another. The seal can be activated by an object as far as twenty feet away via chakra signature, but the projectiles can travel as far as 100 feet before becoming too weak to do any damage. The projectiles that fill these seals must come from the user's own inventory, and it requires the use of the Weapon Scroll.

There is a charge time of one post for the user if they are A-rank or higher, but two posts for the user if they are below A-rank. The cooldown is 12 posts. Only usable twice per topic (who could afford 2,000 projectile weapons, anyway?).

Ok, because we have limited inventory on basic weapons, you may need to rethink this seal. I would believe you would need to stock pile weapons within a scroll first, with the max number said scroll can hold, then use it in conjunction with this seal. Any objections to this?

Ok, I'd like you to make the scroll, so that I can appraise it. The scroll wont be limited to just the jutsu, however, I want you to mention that it can be used with this jutsu. After doing that, Ill come back and approve this jutsu.
