Description:This ability requires no handseals, and only requires a small amount of chakra. During situations that require greater reflexes and such, the user's heart speeds up to 400Bs(Beats/Second) which will pump an abundant amount of addrenaline through their system. This allows for their mind to see everything slowing down around them(Note: It does not actually slow down outside of the user's mind)and react quicker to things such as attacks. This ability can be activated three times in a topic, only lasts one post, and must have a break of five posts between each use. If the user uses this more than twice in a post, their heart's pumping of blood is changed and they begin to feel light headed, before passing out. (Use Once/No effect Twice/dizzyness Thrice/Pass out Fourth/Death)[Can Be Taught]

So lets see here? You have a technique from the movie "Wanted". This in terms of application is indeed very, very op for an E-rank though. That's my opinion at least. I'll see what Kash says.

There is already a clan that pretty much has this ability. You'll have to ask the maker of that clan if this jutsu is too close to their clan, or if it's fine.

Okay well first off, the user doesn't increase their own speed with my jutsu, merely their brain sees things slower than usual.

Description:After making handseals, the respective user lashes out with their chakra. This chakra enfolds around their opponent to catch them in a genjutsu which shows them out in the middle of a jungle, without weapons or any sense of direction. They wander aimlessly while sakura petals drift down around them. Eventually they will begin to hear sounds from the forestry around them, showing that they are not alone. Bushes will rustle, and birds will take flight. When they begin to get paranoid of what is to come, there will be three figures that look exactly like them that come out from the woodwork, baring katanas. These figures will then attack the foe, over and over, cutting;slicing;chopping them repeatedly. And when they eventually die off from it: they awake to the same situation over and over again for five turns. The chakra used to lash around the foe and to enfold on them can be easily dodged as it moves at the rate of a common garden-variety snail. Which is why this is best for close range. The wave of chakra is only twice as big and as wide as the user's shadow. The genjutsu is able to be broken by using Kai, but not through the way of contacting pain upon oneself. This jutsu restricts other body movements, so while the opponent is trapped in it, the only moving they do is in their head. Only one opponent may be caught in this at a time.{Can Be Taught}

Description:The user does not need to make handseals, instead they merely need to concentrate their chakra into their palms, and touch them to a surface.(This makes the ability passive until all three pillars are used) After which and large pillar of earth(Five feet aroundxTwelve feet tall) will immediately sprout from any surface they choose (While in range, excluding mid-air) at a rate of 70 mph. This pillar ends in a round-shaped point and will not impale or stab the enemy, but merely slam into them, and most likely break bones. Only one pillar can be used at a time but they can be used three turns in a row until a cooldown of seven turns is needed. The amount of chakra used for this ability is spread out(Meaning each time, the amount of chakra needed for an A-Rank is used each turn this is used)[Weaknesses:Lightning Jutsu. How large is the chakra wave? Can someone escape the genjutsu using conventional methods (Kai/pain)? Can the user or the opponent move about freely while the genjutsu is in effect, or is the attack sequence all in their mind, and their body is forced to stay still? Can this trap multiple opponents, or just one?

There is already a wood release clan being made. Unless you're part of that clan or that clan is archived/deleted, the second jutsu is denied.

Anxiety - this is much more than an e rank jutsu. I see it around the level of B, for I had already broken down this in the akumeita clan topic once before. Now, when you use it, what will be some of the drawbacks of its use? Also, the cooldown will need to be larger as well..

Ok, seeing as how you edited, Ill use the same type of system as before. Use it once, no effect. Upon second use, I see you having trouble breathing and dizziness occurs for the next two posts after its use. Then if use use it that third time, your going to Damn near pass out due to heart condition as before mentioned. This is the best way to gauge it to make it fair. Now, having said that, you fuck up and accidentally use it a fourth time, your dead on the spot...sound fair to you? Continue to bump this as u fix, even if u reply in cb..

Earth Pillars - when you concentrate the chakra, does that still require the one post charge or make it passive? Bro your concept of mph is horrible lol. At 20 mph, you may as well say it tickled them upon contact, especially if this is an a rank jutsu. Lastly, give the max volume of a pillar you can create...Length x Width x Height.
