Description: After doing the required handseals, and Ka focuses his Fuuton chakra to wrap around his body. This acts alot like a shield of sorts, the wind pushing away at the physical force of the attack. The chakra will be used to absorb a majority of the damage done to him. Reduces Physical of wind, lightning and water jutsus damage by 20%, increases damage and effects of katon jutsu's by 20% not only that a C rank katon jutsu can break the wind barrier, does nothing against genjutsu's, doton jutsus, and taijutsu. This jutsu does little in the means of defending against elemental jutsu's other then reducing the brute force of the attack. Runtime is 4 posts, cooldown time is 8.

Chakra Reinforcement - 50% is over a two rank decrease in damage, that is a no at this rank. 20% is more around the ball park of B rank and you currently cant make a jutsu any higher bc you dont have the spots for it in your jutsu list at Genin level. A rank Taijutsu would still break through the winds and be able to fully connect. Wind would reduce the force and effects of lightning and water and other wind ninjutsu by 20%, but not earth (remains the same due to density). Fire would increase in BOTH physical damage and burn power by 20% and a C rank technique would kill this jutsu entirely. Lasting for 4 posts is as far as it goes, and the cooldown stays the same as you have it.

Description: No Handseals Required: A rather handy(lol) technique that Ka thought of to turn the tides of a battle that he is in. By focusing a connection of wind chakra between his hand and a weapon he has made a connection with during the battle (i.e. kunai, shuriken, katana's, etc that he has made contact with during the battle.), Ka gains the ability to manipulate the wind chakra around said weapon as if he was wielding the weapon itself. This jutsu does have the capability of utilizing more then one weapon, but at the cost double the jutsu's chakra cost. The jutsu can be used both with and wit5hout the function of Ka's hands, however without the use of his hands, the jutsu moves at his own speed, if he was to use his hands though, the speed of the weapon goes up by 1.5. Jutsu can last 6 posts and has a cooldown time of 8 posts.

It is Fuuton, not futon jutsu. Does it require charge time instead or handseals then? If you add another weapon it needs to be 20 chakra, not 10 chakra. As well do you puppet it or use your mind, in a sense, to control it? As well, does the weapon move at the same speed as you would if you were holding he blade?

Description:Vocal command required (Any help thinking of a cool phrase would be fantastic): A jutsu that Ka would almost expect him to attack from anywhere around his opponent, and in a sense would be a distinct possibility. By controlling the wind around the area, Ka would condense five stationary "discs" of wind chakra of solidified wind chakra about six inches in diameter in select area's within range. This allows Ka to move into an optimal position to attack his opponent, by jumping from disc to disc. This jutsu does not add to his speed so he would jump as his own speed, however the speed of Hermes jutsu can be used in conjunction with the sky dance to make his speed that much greater. However this jutsu is a double edge sword, because if an opponent was able to somehow see or figure out the locations of the discs, they themselves could use them. This jutsu has zero cutting power. Jutsu creates 5 discs, and lasts 5 posts, cooldown time is 9 posts.

The Invisible Hand still isnt satisfying me. So your saying your able to simply use wind to make the swords move around without needing your arms? Now, if this is the case, are you capable of performing handseals while it is active?

In my opinion the best example of the control of this jutsu is byakuya kuchki using his senbonzakura. It is lethal on it's own, but if he uses his hands, make him that much deadlier. But if you want i can make it so he has to use a handseal, if need be
