To obtain the state where this technique becomes usable a character must ingest alcohol for two rounds in a row, after that the chakra cost is deducted from them and this technique begins and the effects last for up to five rounds. The actual stats is that there is zero way to predict or anticipate the user's movements before they occur, a loss of pain occurs (though a good direct blow of B rank level or higher will end the effects of the jutsu early) and the user's speed is doubled along with their evasiveness.

I did some research on Dance of the Crescent Moon, the two are kinda similar but not really. This technique involves the user moving extremely fast to make after images of themselves appear where as Dance of the Crescent Moon involves the creation of shadow clones to circle around.

Katanas can hack off entire limbs. I don't think I can allow that kind of cutting power in a D-rank taijutsu technique.

False Clone is 5500 ryo.

hmm, lets say then maybe like a razor blade. Able to cut skin pretty easy but bone stops it 99.9999% of the time unless I jump off a cliff or something for momentum which would cause a break in someone no matter what I did.
