The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

After making handseals, sairento takes in the cold molecules of his icy blood, breathing outward. This lets out a soft fog, following the oxygen trails around the area. The fog is invisible unless looking closely and moves at the speed of 35mph. Once the fog reaches the target, who will be inhaling and exhaling, the fog trails the oxygen waves into the alveoli(tiny air sacs in the lungs), releasing into the bloodstream of said target. Two things happen at this point. The target begins to become colder, as if their body was freezing from the inside out. And they get sucked into a genjutsu which puts them in the icy tundra of Hyougagakure. They wander aimlessly, trying to find a way out, and they get to a cave.(even if they don't move, they will appear in the cave) After a moment, the cave lets out frozen stalagmites and stalacites at the "mouth" of it, which begin to close in on each other. Within seconds, the cave is closed and the temperature drops inside the pitch-black room. Outside of the genjutsu, the target becomes colder, their body temperature dropping rapidly. Within three posts, the target becomes much more succeptible to ice jutsu(Doubles the damage). The genjutsu can be broken by kai or pain. Duration: Three posts Cooldown: Nine Two uses a topic.

In this case, I would say take the mass effects of the ninjutsu out, for this to maintain B Rank. An auto death within three posts is overkill as well.
