Out of Battle

Out of battle Genesis is a relatively kind man. He tends to be neither bad, nor good in any singular choice and remains neutral to the best of his ability. While he does a core of being good he is not in any manner a "goody-two-shoes". He enjoys fighting, and he voices his opinions openly. Genesis is not afraid of a fight, and not afraid to kill if he must in order to protect himself or another. He will not, however, kill in cold blood. There must be evidence of a reason to end the life of the person he is killing, and often this gets in the way of his job as a Soldier of Fortune. Luckily, he is not someone who backs down from a job once accepted so he is consistantly getting everything done with the efficiency you would expect of someone trained for years to be a mercenary.

While Genesis is kind and neutral, he can also be cold and decisive. He has a long fuse for a temper, but once the fuse is fully burned he becomes cold and calculating. The male loses all willingness to not kill and with do what he wishes as he wishes it. Due to it only really occuring when he's mad, it's not usually a positive thing that this occurs. While he is angry his outward appearance becomes more solid, and his movement more precise, but his eyes tell the story of wanting blood.

In Battle

In any battle, be it spar or serious, Genesis is almost always an upbeat person. He rarely tries his hardest, but he usually gets things done without trying his hardest either way. As a hand-to-hand expert and a scythe master he is formidable in a fight, and since he's so happy in a fight he tends to irritate his opponents without meaning to. While he doesn't try, and seems outwardly happy, he also analyzes his opponent down to their very core, he does not enjoy surprises though when he sees one he's almost always estatic that his foe can perform what they've done.

Many watching him fight say it's like the dance of a devil: Powerful, graceful, intimidating, and a small bit insane.

When he's angry, his fighting style goes out the window and he tries his absolute best to annihilate his opponent with everything he has.

Motivation: Genesis's only motivation is to better himself, and to help the greater people get rid of nuisances that are plaguing society. He wishes himself stronger to ensure that he can complete the task.

History

History: Genesis was born into a highly religious Garisha familia. They were direct descendants of the original Garisha, and as such his entire family was considered Royality, especially because of their ability to utilize the Great Chakra. At his birth, he was not given a name, as all people in his clan practised this, and was simply refered to by the colour of his clothes, skin, and hair. Genesis, from birth to age 16, was known as Noir. Genesis was raised as any child who had the Great Chakra was, in the only school with many private lessons on the correct terms for the Garishas. At the end of his schooling, which focused on mentality rather then physical, he was the most knowledgable of all his peers. As well as the fact that he adored his gods.

After schooling, as with all Great Channelers, his physical training began. At this time he was only a simple 10 years old, and for the next six years he was extensively trained in the art of Hand-to-Hand combat and his clans version of Ninjutsu. By the age of 16, the time in his clan where one began a full grown adult, he was considered the Greatest Channeller. A title given to those at the naming ceremony (Age 16) who had shown the most promise towards becoming a Sacred Teacher, Warrior, or any of the prestigious jobs that they had available. It was at this naming ceremony that he was given the name Genesis, for he would be their salvation and thus their new beginning.

For the next three years of his life Genesis trained extensively in the art of Scythe Wielding. He chose the weapon to compensate his nickname by those who teased him at school. Most smart children are called Nerds, but there it was different. They insulted him by calling him the Reaper, one who destroys, razes, but does not save.

By the age of 19 Genesis had mastered the Scythe, and accepted Reaper as his official title, and left the mountain for a year for his period of self-awareness. Again, a ritual of the clan. By the time the year was up Genesis returned and declared he wished to become a Soldier of Fortune, a Ninja Mercenary. Most of the clan protested, but the leader of the clan agreed and told him that if he stayed at home for one more year, as was custom, he could leave and become the Mercenary he wished to become.

Finally, at the age of 21 Genesis, fully trained in many artes, powers, and knowledge, set out to live his life outside of the mountain his clan called home. At the age of 21, Genesis went out to become more then Genin.

RP Sample: Genesis glanced downwards. Beneath him lay the vast expanse of mountain range that he called his home, their snow covered peaks piercing the clouds and rising high above his head. He was resting on his scythe, which was pierced diagonally into the snow, and observing the sunset. As close as he was to the sunset, with nothing in his way, it looked as if someone took a paint brush and personally brushed across the vast expanse of sky a beautiful orange hue.

The brightness of the sun didn't bother Genesis, he was used to brilliant light, and he continued to gaze into the brilliantly soft light. His black cloak flapped in a passing wind and swished across the snow. He was wearing a navy blue turtleneck with baggy black pants that had red suspenders that crossed over his chest. On his belt was a symbol of what looked like a dropping heart with crosses through it.

The glistening sun reflected off his belt and sent shimmering lights playing across the undisturbed snow. Far above him his home awaited his return, and far below was the unwanting realm of reality. The ninja simply sighed and glanced down towards the base of the mountain, taking up his Scythe and a step back. "Time to become something more then the lowly Genin that my clan feels has no need to change..." With that single spoken sentence he ran forwards and leaped from the mountain and plummeted to his apparent death.
