The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Gin when out of battle Gin is usually very laid back, especially when speaking to allies. He can exhibit kindness on a whim and does not view himself as having a cold heart. He loves his village because it has protected him throughout his life and will not tolerate anyone raising arms against his village. His sometimes soft hearted nature may influence the more naive that he is a pushover until they see his abilties.
Likes: He likes the element of Fire because of his innate clan personality he knew fire would be a tool in combat, likes to be around water and in it for his own personal enjoyment, he likes the color of it the coolness of it on his skin, likes to eat alot all kinds of food because of his high metabolism he still would not get fat, travel and observe beautiful scenery because from a young boy his loving parents would tell him of the stories and legends of his land and that of the world and visiting places they spoke about were a passion for him, he also loves to train, training was like a tool that he will use to each where he want to be and give him the power to protect those he cares about.
Dislikes: Gin dislikes the always lazy because he himself is ambitious and hates when things are moving still or are stagnant, the too talkative because in the shinbi world discretion is sometimes key due to shinobi having to deal with sensitive information if a shinobi is too talkative they could be an informant, anyone who is untrustworthy since Gin in his mind betrayers should not be given a second chance since they can betray you again, boasters he hates them because Gin who came from practical royalty still is not proud because of his family's wealth or power and he scoffs at those who boasts for very insignificant things, those who do no respect the chain of command. even though he may not like the choices his superiors make, but he will rather go along with it out of respect.
Motivation: Gin simply loves his village and wants to protect it, with hi life if it comes down to that. He also wants to make his family proud by being one of the greatest the clan has ever seen.
Fears: Gin fears that one day he will loose his family to war or his enemies might choose to hurt them when they cant get to him

Clan History: This clan operated for many centuries as a quiet and carefully monitored group by their leaders; the clan is known to have aggressive personalities and tendencies- this makes them a possible threat even to their own village. Some clan leaders had even noted similarities and common social and racial paths that were compared to the destructive Uchiha way. This clan is nearly as old as the village of Tsukigakure itself, the inhabitants had been one of the clans who had first lived in the area and helped build the village; as such, they had strong connections within the branches of government and ruling decisions made. While the clan prefers to not be seen or noticed for the most part, their actions labeled as "aggressive" often got them noticed by zealous leaders or figureheads; there was even a brief time or persecution to the clan because of their destructive tendencies.

History: Gin, unlike many of his around this time grew up in the lap of luxury. With his father and mother working in the village's treasury Aizen knew nothing of poverty in his large house that had all the amenities that one can think of. Even though this was his environment, he still was taught the value of material things and the place in his life they should be and he was also taught that money cannot guarantee safety, good health or happiness. His father was a senior treasurer officer and his mother was his senior secretary. Gin remembered the days when he would go to their offices and take a look around. It was then, after staring at a painting for a few minutes, the picture exploded right there in his father's office. He was six at the time and his father knew, he must be trained. A power like this would be a fool to not harness and keep under your wing. His parents knew that since he had manifested the abilities of the clan, unlike them because not all members of the clan had these abilities, they knew he would be called on someday to remove obstacles in the way of others. He will help those that are weaker than he is because he knew he would not want to see anyone living under the harsh yolk of tyranny or any place or person that had to be someone else's floor cloth to see their way. With that mind set, he sometimes will give to the poor and help those in need. Certain people knew what clan he belonged to but due to the high regard they had for his parents they were a little less weary of him and his clan's reputation. Now Gin lives only to prove himself worthy of being called...ninja. It was because of this motivation that anything he sets his eye on he will break his back to succeed in attaining his goals. But the other side to Gin, the part that is only seen when his temper is starting to rise, when he is in battle, when he or anyone he cares about is threatened the true monster comes out. And it is this side that the people in this village do not yet know exists within this boy. He wishes for it to remain that way but if push came to shove and he knew that someday it may very well come to that, he did not want to cause any damage to his village. Because Gin...literally had a deep seated, hidden temper.
RP Sample: There was a trickling sound, very minuscule to the untrained ear but to Gin, it was not a problem. The water was trickling down the rock and the drops were now forming a pool at its base. He looked up, his eyes squinting in the mid morning sunlight to find out how a rock in the middle of the desert could be producing water like this.

I approve this app, just need one more staff to approve it before we can get your color added :) Afterwards you will be allowed to make a Statistics thread and mitigate your Genin experience however you wish.
