The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Sakra was walking to the training grounds. She believed Tamashi had been avoiding her the past couple of days since he hadn't been around. He was probably too busy training on his own and getting into his own mischief. The last time they were together was on the mission. Tamashi had finally showed his true feelings toward her but since than she hadn't seen him. Sakra was kind of frustrated with him. They always used to train together but lately he's been "too busy". He such a poopie head she said to herself. Sakra took off at a run, wanting to get her muscles moving as she ran towards the training grounds of the base. She could feel her heart start to speed up. I'm going to kick his butt she thought as she smirked.
At last she made it to where she assumed Tamashi had been training. The area was empty. Sakra sighed as she stopped running and walked to a bench to sit down. Sakra always liked to be outside to breathe fresh air. She looked up into the sky as she stretched her legs. Sakra's heart started to slow down since she was sitting. She started to think about Tamashi, the way he would smile sometimes when he knew she was around. It was a rare smile, Sakra noticed. She liked to see him smile. Sakra shook her head though, remembering she was mad at him. "Where are you?" Sakra said out loud looking straight ahead of her. As Sakra sat there she seemed to feel a presence close by but she wasn't sure.
Tamashi was a good fighter and whenever she would train with him, he would push her to her limit. In a way, it was good because it made Sakra stronger. Tamashi could always push her buttons. He liked to tease her but she knew he didn't mean it. Sakra would still get mad and end up attacking him. Half of the time he would end up winning...BUT not this time. Sakra was ready to beat him, to show him she's stronger now. She had gotten into this organization too and had her own strengths for she was a Hyuga. Sakra deep down had her own goals and plans for her future but she wanted to help Tamashi with his goal too. After Sakra lost her parents, Tamashi became her family. He seemed to be there for her when she really needed him.
Sakra looked down as she tried not to smile. No! Sakra yelled in her thoughts as she stood up. Her fist clenched as she walked over to the shadow part of a tall pillar. "Tamashi Uchiha, show yourself!" She yelled hoping he was close by. If he wasn't Sakra was just yelling into the empty space, if members were near by they might think she's weird. Sakra was ready to fight, her anger was back boiling inside her. She crossed her arms and leaned against the pillar waiting to see if he would show himself. Sakra was determined to fight him. Will he fight me she thought as she smirked knowing he couldn't stay away from her for too long.

The birds chirping, the bushes ruffling, the trees shaking, the wind blowing, and Tamashi laying on a high branch tree with his legs dangling in between a branch and his elbows extending outward, his hands holding the back of his head. Tamashi laid there on the branch and continued his observation to the wild life. Within a few distance from Tamashi, a voice entered through his ear as he took in the message and allowed it to exit his other ear.
"Where are you?"
Tamashi exhaling out a yawn, knowing that the first step into fighting a blind man who uses sound to track, isn't very smart to just yell out where she was by sound alone. Tamashi rose to his feet and stood proudly on the high branch tree. Tamashi jumped off the high branch tree and maneuvered his way lower and lower to where he reached the ground and stood in a crouched position. Making as less noise as possible. Tamashi now stood on the ground and lowered himself as he heard a near by raccoon playing with the acorn. Tamashi lunged at it and grabbed it's whole body and held it firmly as he tossed the raccoon to a near by bush, which would be the near by presence that she noticed. Tamashi kept himself in the clear and traveled his way in silence behind a tree and had his back against the tree as he kept his ears peaked and still awaiting for her to make her movement. Tamashi heard clear movement of her footsteps and it came to an abrupt halt as he heard the small tump noise which would be heard to those with excellent hearing like Tamashi. Tamashi thinking to himself.
"She probably placed her body against it. or maybe a weapon of some kind was struck against the rock surface... It wouldn't make sense if it was a weapon, cause weapons tend to make a different noise than a person leaning against one. She has to be leaning against it, it's the only possible way..Why the hell am I thinking about this..... I wonder what Sakra will make me to eat.....gah... must focus..."
The next yell came out of her mouth. Now this time it mentioned his name and Tamashi knew she was mad and Tamashi already pinpointing where she was by that loud noise that she just made. Tamashi took his sprint through the concealment of the forest and finally made his position known as he appeared by her side and attempted to make a right hook to the left side of her face, with his speed being faster than hers, and his strength being greater, she would suffer bone fractures to the cheek if she took this direct hit. While doing this action alone, he whispered words into her ear.
"You made your very first mistake in providing me your location..."
Tamashi knew that he would have the upper hand in this fight since he has been through hell and back. With his current appearance being a more stronger and muscular appearance look from before and being bald with his death mask covering his face and his warden trench coat covering his torso armor and leg armor. Tamashi was protected fully and ready for battle with his giant shrunken on his back and other various items as well.

As Sakra was waiting, she knew speaking out would only give away her position. Tamashi used his other senses when in a fight. She knew he couldn't resist a playful yet sometimes a little aggressive fight. Sakra could feel a light quick breeze come towards her, she couldn't hold her smirk back as she jumped back and pushed off the ground up into the air barely missing Tamashi's attack as he whispered words she already knew into her ear. His fist just lightly touched her cheek before she was safely on top of the pillar. "You should know me better than that," Sakra said as she crouched on top of the pillar. That was close, he's gotten faster Sakra thought. She than jumped onto another pillar and another getting a good distance between the two of them.
Tamashi did look different but appearance would never change how Sakra felt about him. You don't love some one for how they look, at least Sakra didn't. Just because he was blind didn't make him any different either. Tamashi had spoke about what he had been through when they last were together. It made Sakra shiver a he spoke about it, she had had nightmares about what Tamashi went through but at the time she only hoped they were bad dreams and not actually true. Even though Sakra was mad at him she still wanted to have a little fun, "nice costume," Sakra said and laughed a soft laugh. "Thought you weren't going to show, since you haven't been around much," she continued as she jumped onto another pillar. It was a hot day but the training ground was silent. Sakra could feel the hot sun beating down on her. No one was around though except for the animals that lived in this area. Good this will be interesting Sakra thought. She than jumped off of the pillar and took her fight stance, for she would not say another word. Sakra wouldn't give away so easily where she was located this time. She slowly tip toed to the left trying to see what her best move would be. Sakra than noticed the two glass bottles on the ground, hmm I could use those she thought as she picked them up.
She made her way around in the shadows. Why am I in the shadows he can't see me anyway she thought. It was easy to forget that Tamashi actually couldn't see. He walked and fought as if he was a man that had sight. I need to keep my head in the game Sakra thought as she focused back on the fight. Sakra decided to throw one of the bottles to the right of Tamashi hoping to throw off his hearing. The bottle would shatter just a couple of feet away from him. Sakra than took off running towards the left side of Tamashi. As she got close she would throw the second bottle a little closer to Tamashi's right side. Sakra than jumped into the air to go in for a kick to his stomach with her right foot, if impact happened Tamashi would fly back into the nearest wall. It would take him a couple of seconds to catch his breathe. Let the game begin Sakra thought.

Tamashi stood there in disbelief that he could actually miss his target. He heard her hoping from one pillar to the next as he went from a standing position to a sitting position with his legs folded across one another. In deep meditation, he inhaled and exhaled as he began to focus his hearing onto the ground and heard her heartbeat grow from louder to soft, yet still hearable. She is traveling far ahead and getting away... Maybe she is forming up a plan. Tamashi thought this in his mind as he continued to meditate and listen to the heart beat. Tamashi then sent chakra to his ears and activated his vulcan hearing technique. Hearing her tip toeing to the left, also picking up two glass bottles from the ground. Tamashi heard everything that she was doing, and with a smirk on his face awaited to see what she would do with those glass bottles. Tamashi rose to his feet once again and got into a defensive stance with his right arm close to his chest and his left arm ready to defend against any frontal attack. Tamashi now heard the first glass bottle go off, which Tamashi instantly thought in his mind that this was a trickery of throwing off his hearing senses to conceal her own. How a fool she was, as Tamashi not only had better hearing on his arsenal, but also wasn't a fool to believe in this sort of trickery. The second bottle then went off much closer to Tamashi than the other one did. Tamashi then heard her footsteps within range of him and she took her leap over to kick him in the stomach. Tamashi grabbed her ankle tightly in defense and pulled her towards himself, having his body turn to the side and kept pulling her as he switched his hands for the right to hold onto her leg and the left arm to jab his elbow and forearm to attempt to impact her neck, if impact, she would be slammed to the ground with Tamashi on top of her and trying to choke her out into losing her breath and blocking her lung capacity to eventually end her life or to knock her out, depending on how Tamashi felt about her. Tamashi thought in his mind if he could end the life of Sakra Hyuuga, and knew that if he did kill her here, it wouldn't benefit the necessary tools that she had at her disposal, like her eyes which are able to see vital points. Though Tamashi pondered the thought of someday stealing her eyes and using it for his own purpose. Though Tamashi wouldn't go so far as to steal her eyes and in general have eyes again since they were a cursed taboo to Tamashi, knowing that this world is full of darkness and only a shed of light can come from it. Tamashi knew that seeing the darkness of this world, was what made him cry as a child every night he would have to be awake and avoid his adopted parents who tried to awaken his eyes every second of his life.

This technique can reach up to 10 meters 360. To start this technique, it doesn't require hand signs at all and all that requires is the user focusing there chakra to there ears, which will be invisible to the naked eye, but those with the sharingan and byuakugan will be able to spot it. This jutsu aides the user in hearing better and longer distance.

Sakra felt her ankle being grabbed and than Tamashi gripped her leg. Oh no Sakra thought. "Byakugan," Sakra said in a quick attempt. She than quickly put her hands together and said, "gentle fist art one blow body." This attack when used in defense can get the user out of a situation when they are trapped. With this move Sakra was able to fly herself out of Tamashi's grip by concentrating her chakra into her hands. Sakra flew back a few meters and landed on her back. Tamashi's grip had been really strong though, Sakra could tell she would have a bruise from his hand holding her leg too tight. What is he doing she thought.
She sat up slow, taking a few breathes, this isn't the same Tamashi she last saw. Sakra stood carefully, making sure nothing was broke. Her back hurt a little from the impact but the pain would fade. She needed to rethink her situation. She quickly climbed up the tallest pillar. He can pinpoint wherever I am that I already knew Sakra thought to herself as she checked her leg. Sakra was kind of in shock.When Tamashi had grabbed her leg, she actually felt like she was in danger. Sakra never felt that way when training with him before. Her anger towards him seem to fade, Sakra would get mad at him but she would never want to actually hurt Tamashi. Maybe this new Tamashi was different. Sakra seemed to get a little sad than.
She clenched her fist. With her Byakugan on, she could see Tamashi's chakra. If he wants to play rough so be it Sakra thought. She jumped down from the pillar. She was able to calm her heart beats down to a slow pace, knowing Tamashi could hear them. Sakra got into her fight stance as she thought of plan B. She than started to run in a huge circle around the training ground. Sakra may not be as fast as Tamashi but she still had B rank speed. Sakra also ran every morning so her A rank endurance would show why she doesn't get tired easily. The running helped her think, yes she was hoping it might throw him off a bit without actually being able to pinpoint where she was as she ran.
Sakra started to switch it up by running around the whole training ground, not just in circles. She couldn't help but smirk. While running, no one can actually predict where the person will end up. The pain in her leg faded as she ran. Sakra was used to pain. There was a nice breeze as Sakra ran around, sure Tamashi might see her as a fool for doing it but he was the real fool. She ran for about 5 minutes before making her move. There was a pillar behind where Tamashi stood. Sakra took off as fast as she could around the pillar climbed onto the top, "Gentle fist," she said as she jumped down and went to make her move. Sakra took both her hands and pushed them forward, aiming for the back of Tamashi, if impact happened Tamashi would fly forward. With Gentle fist, if impact occurred it would mess with Tamashi chakra pathway in that area of his body.
Sakra could remeber when they were younger things were different. Before they had to leave the village life seemed simple. Life is unexpected, at least thats what Sakra learned. She didn't think her parents would die on a mission, she never expected the village to accuse Tamashi of killing the kage, and she never thought she'd end up being a rogue shinobi. But now being a part of the Ouraborus organization was her life. She realized as she fought with Tamashi this was the life she chose. She wanted to stand by him. Sakra wanted to be just as good as him, just like when they were kids.

Byakugan; Activate: Name: White Eye (Byakugan) Activate Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Duration: Depends on Rank. To keep it active, the jutsu will cost 10 chakra each post it is active. So, this will be 15 Chakra originally, and then 10 Chakra each post after that. Cooldown: Depends on rank. 3 posts at S-Rank ninja, and a solid example would be plus 1 for every rank less than that. So, pretty much 4 posts at Jounin, 5 at Special Jounin, 6 at chuunin, and 7 for Genin. Description: The needed technique to use any Byakugan based jutsu. The rank of the jutsu depends on the user, as it must be their highest jutsu slot. This allows the user to to see further distances, depending on the rank, able to see through objects, and able to see the Chakra Circulatory System. This also arrives the user to use Gentle Fist, a special type of fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips or palms, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collapsing the targeted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.
The distance a person can see depends on their rank. Genin: 40 meters maximum. The user will also be able to sense low key things, like leaves or medium sized bugs. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user would be able to see 2 of those birds. If stuck in a smoke screen, the user would be able to see a target's feet. Chuunin: 80 meters maximum. The user will be able to sense larger things like kunai and shuriken. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user would be able to see 4 of those birds. If the user were to be stuck in a smokescreen, they would be able to see a person's feet and up to their knees. Sp. Jounin: 120 meters maximum. The user's Byakugan will be average. They will be able to sense way larger things, like clones or people. If their were 8 birds behind them, a user would be able to sense 5 of those birds. If stuck in a smoke screen, the user will began to see up to the person's groin area. Jounin: 160 meters maximum. This is the maximum of most Hyuga's Byakugan. They can see a great distance, more than three times that of a Genin Hyuga. If there were 8 birds behind them, the user will be able to sense an almost perfect 6 birds. If the user were stuck in a smokescreen, they would be able to perfectly almost make out the person, being able to see up to bust level. S-Rank: 200 meters maximum. This is the rank where the most elite Hyuga's can see. Their vision is to the point where they can see exactly all of the 8 birds. If stuck in a smokescreen, they can perfectly make out the person.
Name: Gentle Fist Art One Blow Body Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B rank Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: short range Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 6 post Description: A member of the Hyuuga clan can hit their opponent with a blast of chakra, when in hand to hand combat, that will send them flying away from the user. This technique can be used to hit a specific weak point by using the Byakugans. When trapped by an enemy this will be helpful to release chakra from their tenketsu's to free the user.
Name: Gentle Fist (Jūken) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C rank Type: Taijutsu Element: None. Range: Self Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: Passive Cooldown: Passive Description: Once Byakugan is activated, Hyuga's are now able to use the special fighting style known as Gentle Fist to a greater measure. Without Byakugan, a user can still use Gentle Fist, but it won't be able to attack Chakra Pathways, and be more of a regular fighting style.
It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist.
Targeting the tenketsu can enhance the havoc and control a Gentle Fist practitioner can impose upon an opponent's chakra network. These special nodes, 361 in total, are key gate keeping interceptions in the chakra circulatory network, thus forcibly opening or sealing them in whatever manner the Gentle Fist user sees fit is a powerful tactical option to have.
Because the chakra pathway system is invisible to the naked eye, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become the signature style of combat.
