Couple things I want to mention. Mainly, are you sure you don't want your BLM ranked up? You won't be able to use any Hyuuga-style jutsu above D-rank. Second, the element and specialization are fine, but you still need to fill in the "Experience" portion. They are free, so you would simply put down "Free" for the ones you didn't use EXP on.

Also as an FYI, you need to have a second approval from senior staff, such as myself, so that you can learn about anything you may have missed and such. I have a question before I make changes. Can I still use Hyuugan style jutsu even though it says they need taijutsu? Since for now I put only one specialization as medical jutsu.

Yes, you would be required to have Taijutsu as a specialization in order to use Hyuuga-style jutsu.
