The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Rope Escape Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 1 Post Description: A basic technique taught at the Academy. It allows a ninja to free themselves if they have been tied up. How this is done is unknown.
Name: Transformation Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 1 Post Description: One also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons. This gives this technique an abundance of uses. The transformation of a skilled shinobi will be exactly like the genuine article, so it will be impossible to tell the two apart. On the other hand, a transformation performed by an inexperienced person will have obvious discrepancies. It will be impossible to deceive anyone with it. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. *Still feel squishy if Haseo were turn into a weapon.

To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.
Name: Hidden Mist Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 Post Description: One causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Name: Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Post Description: This technique conceals the user underground and drags the object of their attack down into the earth, robbing them of their freedom. In addition, they can start another attack.
Name: Swallow Strike Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Short-Range Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Post Description: ThIn this technique Haseo begins a vertical slash with his weapon; he then drops the weapon and with his free hand catches the sword and continues the attack with a horizantal slash to the mid section of his oppoenent.
Name: Swallows Migration Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Short-Range Specialty: Kenjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 2 Post Description: This technique consists of Haseo doing a mix of horizantal, vertical, and diagonal slashes with his weapon. The only thing that stands out is that if he starts with a diagonal slash he will drop his weapon and catch it with his free hand continues with a horizantal or vertical slash. He mixes each with each other in rapid sucession. This attack however only consists of 5 attacks that have the possibility of landing.

Name: Water Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Earth Range: Short-Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Post Description: By encasing their arm in rock, the user can deal a powerful hardened punch against an opponent while being protected from direct contact with their target. If necessary, the weight of the rock can be increased to further increase the punch's destructive power.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: All Ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Post Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. |5 can be fired repeatedly per use|
Name: Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Earth Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 Post Description: his technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through. The user can pinpoint where they are, despite being underground, by sensing the magnetic forces. They can also sense what is happening on the surface and use that information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. The area of the jutsu is limited to just around the body of the user; like a outline of them to allow them to move freely underground. They are below ground but not to deep. They appear as a slight bump in the ground about 3 inches in diameter. Anyone who carefully watches the ground.

Make the specified correction about your transformation technique I mention.
Also, your D Ranks are fine, but your C Ranks have an issue. First & foremost- in your Specialization & Elements, your stats are D Rank... this being said, you won't be able to utilize your C Rank or higher jutsu until your corresponding element & specialization match the rank of the jutsu.
Earth Release: Hiding Like a Mole Technique- Specify how deep the sand is & how wide of an area it covers; at C Rank, it is likely an opponent who is careful will be able to see your movements beneath the sand.
