The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Element: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close to medium range Duration: Instantaneous Cooldown: Once per topic Description: This jutsu requires one handseal. This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. (Once per topic)
Name: Katon: Great Fireball Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Duration: Instant Cooldown: 4 posts Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth in a massive orb of roaring flame. The scope of the attack is altered by controlling the volume of chakra that is mustered. The released flames will engulf their target, and leave a crater on the ground's surface. At its largest, Goukyaku no Jutsu is 10 feet in diameter, and can travel at 30 mph. Four post cooldown.
Name: Katon: Phoenix Sage Art Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: This jutsu can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter, which are spat out of the user's mouth, flying wildly in every direction and assaulting the enemy. In addition, the flames are controlled one by one with chakra, so avoiding them all is extremely difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin. Each fireball moves at 20 mph to allow control of one fireball at a time. Requires handseals. Three post cooldown.
Name: Exploding Flame Shot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Short to Mid Duration: Instant Cooldown: 3 posts Description: By creating a spark of Fire-based chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire.
Name: Katon: Searing Migraine Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: 50 ft Duration: Instant Cooldown: 7 posts Description: Fires a small fireball that erupts into a giant fire-storm after making contact with a surface, causing widespread destruction to the area. Since the flames travel along the ground, and cover such a wide area this is a difficult technique to evade.
Name: Katon: Great Dragon Flame Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: All ranges Duration: 7 posts Cooldown: 10 posts Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this jutsu can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.
Name: Katon: Haisekishō (Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: Katon Type: Ninjutsu Range: Mid Range Duration: Instant Cooldown: 7 posts Description: After handseals, the user releases a cloud of chakra altered gun powdered ash into the air. While it surrounds the enemy, it leaves them blinded in a smokescreen, but at his ill the user can ignite the ash and cause it to explode. The explosion causes first or second degree burns when it hits the opponent. Though it is powerful, the user must also watch the wind currents and be careful of igniting, in case of blow back.
Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Any Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 6 Posts Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added.
Name: Bunshin Daibakuha (Clone Great Explosion) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Short Description: The target, acting according to the principle of "attack to bring down the enemy," falls victim to a powerful explosion. If one can see through the body of the Shadow Clone, it is possible to evade the blast. However, by wrapping it up in trick after trick, the target will be guided into the technique for sure. The size of the explosion is considerably large, sixteen feet.

Bunshin, Kawarimi, and Henge can be auto-added into your jutsu list as they do not need to go through registration, so you will have to create a different E-rank or ask someone around the site for use of one of theirs.

You may now add these to your jutsu list. A new topic should be made in the "Jutsu List" area named "Guest's Jutsu List." That is where all your approved jutsu will go. Make sure you do that asap, though, so that you can use them IC.
