The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Today fellow members of NRPGM, i present to you a new and planned way for our Village Populations to Increase and Spread. As I was thinking previously on this fact, it struct me. Is their a way for our NRPGM villages to increase and spread in amounts that will make NRPGM more noticeable. I put a lot of thought into this question and found a answer that some people have agreed with. One thing you should know is, i accept whatever you wish to say about this idea. If you hate it, its ok. That just proves that is needs more thinking. If you do argue then you will help me with this plan to see if it could really help NRPGM.

The Plot. The plot is mainly about what this whole things is about how it was formed and what it is and what it can do to help NRPGM. The main focus of this Village Population and Spreading is a way i developed to increase the amount of members that NRPGM villages will receive and NRPGM itself. This idea was formed on 6/9/2013 10:11 PM. I was thinking to myself on ways to do this for a long time as a joined NRPGM. Boufuu(Village) had not many members so I joined it hoping to make it happen again. And hopefully this plan will make that happen. The Plot is the order and organizing of ideas put together to make this topic. It is the main source and provider as to why this was made. I hope you all will be happy of my ideas and share them within NRPGM to spread the word.

The First Plan :

Hello fellow NRPGM members. This is the first well thought out plan that I, myself have created to help regain population within the village's and NRPGM. Firs, i have been thinking for a while. What if there were a way to talk about the "general"things within a village to your fellow "villagers" or RPers within your village? Most people do not want to talk about other villages or talk about their battle statistics, but i know an effective way we can. I was thinking we could create a well created forum that is made my the Kage of each village. The Kage's duty on the website is to manely moderate it and provide advice, information, guidlines, main stuff or information about the village. You may be thinking we have most of those things. But, think about it? A very smootha dn effective way to talk to others about main things within their own village without having too go to the website were you have to wait for an answer. Depending on how many people like my idea. You would most likely get a quick answer on the forum. Providing more information since your asking the kage or village members itself. But there are also perks, there could be village perk's held on the forum with badges that on the forum giving to members. Their could be a honored badge givin to the village member's on the forum. Along with this plan. I think the Kages should be able to access the Administrator panel and be the group modertaor for their village. So this way, instead of the moderator's or adminsitartor's dealing with other villages that can focus on many things like Character Apps etc. This saves more time for the people that want to get into a village quickly dont ya think?
The Second Plan:

This plan is similar in ways to the first plan but quite different. Firstly i advise we set up a chatbox for each village. Why should we do such a thing? First off, the main chatbox we have are for almost anything you want to talk about. Its crazy within the main chatbox. But having individual chatbox's gives the village members to discuss among another. Talking about thigns within their own village or whatever they would like to talk about. Not many people like to talk about everything. Some of them would like to just talk about one main thing sometimes. The Kage should be incharge of the chatbox aswell. If this plan does go on as i hope it does. I have made an exampple at nrpgm-boufuu.cbox.ws. That is an example of the chatbox i hope to create but with more style. But, the kages could also assign Moderators to their Village Chatbox and also to the forum.

My name is Matsuo an Artistic Designer. I make Sig,s avatars. Even logos. I love to help people and assist them in my greatest ability. I am an outstanding writer and love to be true and stay on topic when writing. I like to read and do many other things like any other ordinary boy. I am from Florida so i enjoy the beaches. I can vouch for this suggestion. However, Kage will not be allowed access to the administrator panel. I would suggest that instead the Kage of each village would PM the things needed by the administrator such as ryo reward and deduction as a list to be done in bulk. This way there is an organized way of going from task to task thoroughly without any unnecessary hiccups.
I can agree with Kage being group moderators for each of the villages.
Applications will only be looked over by staff. No exceptions to that.
With regard to the chatboxes, I am happy with that idea. However, regarding moderation statuses, I would say only staff and the Kage would have such a position in each village chatbox.

As good as these ideas are, I do agree with Eden that the Kage should not be granted access to the admin panel. A special status so they may moderate their village's needs I can go with however Kage should remain active and with the numbers dwindling I do not think now is the time to implement these ideas until we do get a more stable activity rating where people are coming to us. This is merely my opinion and seeing as how these ideas are great I recommend implementing them at a later date.
