The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name:Black Sphere Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: Black Ice Range: Medium to long Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: No Hand seals; Fuji simply holds out his hand and forms a sphere of black ice this sphere went sent flying outward at the opponent doesn't move at an amazing speed infact its quite counterable but if hit can leave a nasty sting however this only works on Genin ninja anyone else can dodge or counter this.
Name:Black Phalanx Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element: Black Ice Range: No Range Duration: 2 Posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Hand Seals "Rat - Tiger"; After the hand seals are preformed Fuji summons a black shield from the accumilated chakra made to form the black ice, this shield is able to take up to a D Rank jutsu, any other jutsu above D shatters it with ease.
Name:Claw of the Monolith Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Black Ice Range: Long Range (0-20m) Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Hand Seals "Dog-Rat"; After the hand seals are formed from the ground after Chakra was accumilated a claw of black ice comes up from out of the ground and rushes fourth those hit by it have one of their limbs frozen fortunately those of an equal to higher level can dodge this, unlike Black Shard this does not shatter it simply goes back into the ground.
Name:Scaffold of The Black Spire Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Genjutsu Element: Black Ice Range: n/a Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 7 posts Description: No Hand Seals required; Fuji creates a clone of himself that exactly looks like Fuji in every instance aside from facial features which the opponent can notice quickly; These looks can vary but will be over all noticable if not too rushed in to fight. If the opponent hits the clone they are trapped within the genjutsu the clone shatters and they are devoured by a black spire the spire begins to get colder and colder over time and begins to start freezing their body this is easily countered by a S-Rank or Kage level person Sp. Jounin and Jounin have much more trouble with this. After two posts the Genjutsu ends.
Name:Black Shards Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Black Ice Range: Medium Range Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Hand Seals "Snake - Ram - Monkey"; After said hand signs are preformed Fuji waves his hand as Chakra accumilates and thickens forming a massive black shard of ice in a matter of seconds he can use this a medium range and it is complete counterable by Sp. Jounin and Jounin and up. If blocked however, the shard breaks apart and shatters forming hundreds of more smaller shards this shards can pierce skin and dig into the skin causing potentially dangerous damage but these are completely dodgable.
