Description: Juha: Shou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sora. Using his Wind nature, Sora will create a blades of wind which he can launch towards his opponent. Sora can control the path of the blades and because they are made of Wind chakra, they can easily cut through Kage Bunshin. They Travel 45mph and they can cut 3inchs deep in to someone. He can change the directions of the blade without the use of more chakra. He can only send out two blades at the same time. its has a three post cooldown. The blades last two post.

Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Four-Finger Nukite (四本貫手, Yonhon Nukite): It was strong enough to break through robust defences with relative ease. It last on three post and a 6 post cooldown before moving on to the next stage or going out if the next stage isnt masterd.This Is B-Rank

Three-Finger Nukite (三本貫手, Sanbon Nukite): It was effective against malleable materials that can usually handle a blow by dissipating its force. It last for two post and has a 7 post cooldown. before moving on to the next stage or going out if the next stage isnt masterd. This Is A Rank

One-Finger Nukite (一本貫手, Ippon Nukite): Known as the "strongest spear" (最強の矛, saikyō no hoko), where the concentration of chakra is so great that it extends well beyond the finger in a lone point. it last for one post before going out. it also has a 8 post cooldown. At this point it could break throguh lightning armor. This is S-Rank

Sense its fuuton, how fast does it travel, does it take chakra to change direction of the blade, can they cut through anything other then kage bunshin

This sounds like the canon Dust release which was a bloodline

Its not because Asuma wasent of the dust release clan nor did he have any dust release techniques. If he did I didnt see it.

Dust Cloud technique: I agree with Takeshi... This does sound like a dust release tech, and consider this, Asuma used ash not dust.

Juha Shou: How many blades can you make at once? How long can these blades last, in posts, and add in a cooldown.

Kage Bushin: 7000 Ryo

Hell stab needs more and better description. Make it more clear as to exactly what it does, and than bump when all edits are complete.
