Village News
The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: Hand Seals; Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance and thus this clone can do absolutely no damage at all in any way. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. The number of clones able to be produced is determined by the user's rank as follows. D Rank; 2 Clones. C Rank; 3 Clones. B Rank; 4 Clones. A Rank; 5 Clones. S/SS Rank; 6 Clones. 4 round cool down.

Name: Henge no Jutsu

Description: Hand Seals; Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. However, while transformed only the user's shape and appearance changes. Meaning that if say the host turns themselves into a sword they won't be able to cut anything unless their body could do so naturally. This technique lasts for 4 posts with a cool down of 2.

Name: Ikimuno Benkuo

Description: This technique requires a one post charge of chakra in the throat in order to be activated; Ikimuno Benkuo is an academy level technique which allows human shinobi to communicate with non-human animals as easily as if they were both speaking the same language. This does not allow the user to learn the language of an animal nor does it allow the animal to actually speak, this technique simply takes barks, hisses and other forms of animal noises and translates them into versions that the user is able to completely understand in their head and in turn do the same to animals the user speaks to. Lasts 5 posts with a 2 round cool.

Description:This technique is very simple, and has a very overly dramatic name. The user forms hand sign similar to Tiger before rushing an opponent from behind and inserting both the index and middle fingers into the anus of the opponent. As the fingers are only inserted up to roughly the third knuckles, no actual damage occurs; however the shock and discomfort can be enough to send the victim flying.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu

Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.

Description: This fighting style is designed to render the opponent unable to continue combat. The Martial artists concentrates on the Shoulders, Elbows, Waist, Ankles and Knee caps. With a focused amount of force such as a kick or a punch the Martial artists attempts to dislocate one of these joints by moving it in a direction it is not used to. such as the knee being moved backwards or the Shoulder being shoved upwards. Commonly used to Detain an individual as it tends to be more effective then any type of shackles or other ties. And fairly painful.

Name: Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique)

Description: Handseals. This illusion best works in surprise attacks. The target will first see something swirling around them common to the area, leaves, loose snow, sand. On their next post, they will begin to see and hear something that they would never want to see, the death of a loved one, old people making love, it ranges. It shows them their worst fears. Can be broken by kai, pain, etc. Pain in the genjutsu does not break it (given their worst fear is something like fire).

Description: Often in the Shinobi world hiding yourself is imperative. The User of this Genjutsu must focus on an object of equivalent size to his/her self. Upon memorizing it they can then create an illusion of it to hide them much like camouflage. This is however limited by the ability to memorize as the Shape, Smell, and size of the illusion is based on memory. The cost is 10 chakra per post. The Hidden Presence Jutsu is often used as an escape method or a hidden spot for a sneak attack. However the illusion is broken if anyone other then the user attempts to touch it. Also, those with sensory based jutsu's and chakra eye sight can spot the user.

Description: This jutsu requires handseals, then the jutsu can take effect. This genjutsu can trap a victim in an illusion with no eye contact.. The genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the user's mercy, the enemy will feel like they are been attacked by crows as they flock around him or her, this jutsu can be used to distract enemy or even be used as a way of escape. Lasts 3 posts and cooldown of 5.

Description: Creates an illusion of ones self that to the naked eye is exactly the same. However it has no smell, weight or any other physical manifestation. Commonly used as a distraction to cover a sneak attack or an escape. The limit to the amount of illusions one can make is between 5 and 10 based on ones mastery of the jutsu. The clones Mirror the originals movements and when something physical touches them it passes through as they hold no physical form. in return they have no ability to do harm.

Description: A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu. The Genjutsu's effects are only triggered once the victim has stepped into the 18 meter, spherical diameter. The diameter of the sphere's radius is both 18 meters length and width. If the victim walks/exits out the range, the genjutsu's effects will begin to wear off after one post.

Description: Concentrating the Raiton chakra of one's own pathways, the user begins to form "gloves" of lightning that engulf the users hands. These B-Rank Raiton gloves are capable of leaving 2nd degree burns plus 1 post of being stunned if made contact at all. If the first hit has made contact, the target being stunned on the first hit, the user then begins to relentlessly barrage the victim with a ten-hit combo that, at the very last punch, it will send the user flying back about 10 meters.

Stun Ranks go as follows:

Chuunin: 75% chance of being stunned
Sp.Jounin: 50% chance of being stunned
Jounin: 35% chance of being stunned
Sannin: 20% chance of being stunned
