Every 2 posts while in the Bloodlust, Haru must ingest more blood or he begins to grow weak, decreasing his speed x.25 each post he goes without the blood. The blood can still be his, but it has to be in larger quantities(1 drop to start then 3, 6, 9, and 12)

You may as well just get rid of this, for it overcomplicates the jutsu. Lasts 5 posts, every additional post after 5, it costs 10 chakra per post for up to 3 more, totalling 8 posts use. You will also be reduced to tunnel vision, meaning you can only distinquish whats in front of you. Once per topic, so remove the cooldown.

Extreme Exhaustion sets in after, meaning that you will lose 30% of your stats for 3 posts after this jutsu is over.

Blood Wings; being able to fly normally gives an increase in speed over what you can do on the land. IF that is the case here then what would that speed be?

Bloodlust; looks fine to me. 11,500 ryo unless someone has a problem with that

The speed is already listed in the jutsu. X2 in the air than on the ground.
