Description: Henge is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other jutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique].

Kakuremino no Jutsu [Self Hiding Technique]

Description: Either prior to or right after the use of this jutsu, the user hides themselves, often by means of hiding behind a cloak, in a bush, or such. Afterwards, they used their chakra to make them camouflage better with their environment. If the user is not hidden well, this has no effect, however, it can make a user that is well hidden, or beneath a cloak that is very close in appearance to their surroundings become almost invisible to anyone at a distance, though it's more obvious at 10 feet or closer that they're hiding.

Kawarimi no Jutsu [Body Switch Technique]

Description: A technique that does not require hand seals, the user makes punching motions towards target. Using the wind the target will feel blows of wind hit their body and be pushed back, halted or hindered. The closer the opponent is to the user, the more powerful it is. But the farther the distance the weaker it gets. The range of 15 feet or less can cause major bruising but more than 20 feet feels like regular punches.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the Chakra Scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The Chakra Scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Chakra Scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.

Description: This is a passive technique that utilizes the users bodily liquids, most commonly the blood. This is commonly used by medical ninjas to create and transform their liquids into any kind of medicine that they wish. But also this technique can also be used for combat and offense as the liquid can also be transformed into poison and acid. The user can transform their blood into any of the following:
1. Medicine (any of which they need) but the most common are:
a. Sleeping (tranquilizers)
b. Anesthesia
c. Anti-venom
2. Acid - causes a burn up to a degree which can cause corrosive damage to metal, weakening it, but not fully destroy it.
3. Poison - a mild poison which can cause:
a. Unbearable itching - causes the affected enemy to itch real bad and causes him to not be able to perform handseals for 3 posts.
b. Paralysis - only the affected part which the poison has injected to can be paralyzed. Has a maximum range of per limb. But if the user manages to inject another dose, it can hit another limb. Effects last 5 posts.
c. Temporary Blindness - this causes total blurriness in the sight of the affected person, causing him to not see small objects like projectiles and also colorless objects, including wind type ninjutsu for they are considered colorless.
d. Vomiting - the opponent experiences nausea for 5 posts and causes them to vomit every now and then. This slows them down, giving them slow reaction time and movement.

Description: The user performs handseals. Her hands then transform into medical apparatus. Her fingers change their appearance and take the form of syringe, giving her 10 needles instead of 10 fingers. This jutsu is primarily used for medical purposes, giving the medic instant injections for instant aide. But this jutsu can also be used for offense, the user can use the syringes as some form of claws or blades. This jutsu can also be used for long range attacks as any liquid can be forced out of the needles. The needles' length are about twice to thrice the length of the user's actual fingers are and they are as stern as the steel used for making swords. The drawback of this jutsu is that the user can not hold or grab onto things as her fingers are temporarily made into needles.

Bloodline Name:Eagle Eye, Eagle Eye Compass

Bloodline Ability:There are 3 stages within the Eagle Clan bloodline, each offering special types of jutsu within the bloodline. The main power of the Eagle Clan is the Eagle Eye and Eagle Eye Compass.

The Eagle Eye has the ability to target and lock onto a single opponent once blood is drawn from that opponent during battle. The vision of the Eagle Eye is similar to an Eagle itself. (Think of how far an Eagle can see.) Once locked on, the target and his/ her moves can be sensed ALMOST instantly. This eye is perfect for a one on one fight, and is perfect when it comes to fighting against an opponent possessing a Sharingan.

The Eagle Eye Compass is more advanced than the Eagle Eye. The Eagle Eye Compass, when activated, can sense anyone just by using the winds around them. Anytime someone moves within a 1/2 mile radius and disrupts the natural air flow, the Eye picks it up(This is while tracking). During battle it senses anything within a 20 ft. Span. This is due to the constant change in direction, which affects the Compass' range drastically. The compass within the eye acts just as so, able to send the signal to the brain of the user to which direction the natural wind flow was broken or changed. Great for battling both one on one and multiple opponents, this doujutsu is legendary in books, but almost forgotten by many, since it hasnt been seen in quite sometime.

Physical Traits:All members have green hair with blue eyes. As they enter their stages, the eyes change.

Stage 1: Eye color changes from blue to yellow but eye serves no function. Speed increases 1/3.

Stage 2: Eye develops the black pupil in the middle. Eagle Eye activated. Speed increases 1/2.

Stage 3: Eye turns black with a yellow compass in the middle, pointing North, South, East and West. Speed maxes out at 2/3 faster.



Location: The only mountain in the region surrounding Shippuugakure.

Clan History: The Eagle Clan is a mostly forgotten clan of Shippugakure, but was the clan that actually founded the village in creation. Once called the Guardian's of the Sky, the Eagle Clan was said to live on the only mountain in the region, living peacefully for many years. Though they created the village, they werent actually a part of its population, due to their love of high altitude and desire to be the defenders of the village's peace. The Eagle clan's Founder, Myria Edrick was responsible for this, her ideals of making a vast village to accomodate the vast number of people on the island to live in peace with one another, was the revolutionary that began what is known as the Village Hidden in the Hurricane.

The clan eventually became a big target, their legend sought after by many outsiders from neighboring nations. An unexpected betrayal within the clan, led to their demise, thanks to an attack by ninja corps from an unknown nation at the time. With limited survivors and a fear for staying in the homeland, many of the scarce surviviors fled to other countries, leaving the once proud clan in dwindled numbers.

Name: Wind Slash

Description: A crescent shaped wind attack. By channeling chakra and wind into a sword and slashing, the attack is possible. It can be thrown in various sizes. One really large attack which is about 3x larger than the user's body, two medium sized which are 2x the size of the user, and three small sized which are the same size as the user. The damage done isnt fatal, but if the slash is in its large state it can cut up to a 1/4 inch. Otherwise the damage is moderate, causing surface scratches. Handsigns not required. 1 post charge.

Name: Hawk Stream Blast

Description: The user must have both hands on the blade to perform. The user must charge chakra into the sword and start the sword at the bottom of the ground. They must bring the sword up, then thrust it back down. By doing so, the blast emitted is a streaming attack shaped like the outside of a bird, leaving an after image stream as it makes its way to the opponent. If contact is made, it damages much like a moderate kii blast in DBZ, doing as much as 3rd degree burns if hit unexpectedly and as little as bruising if blocked properly. 1 post to charge, the next post to launch. 1 post charge. No handseals required.

Description: The user charges chakra throughout their body and jumps into the air and spins like a tornado in place. Emitted in all directions are chakra shards the size of kunai. The name 10,000 Talons comes from them feeling like thousands of bird claws ripping through when making contact to the opponent. No handseals, 1 post charge.

Name: Hurricane Slash

Description: The more violent version of a Wind Slash, slashing with a sword and combining gale force winds with multiple micro wind slashes. It has the power to blow opponents several yards away if they aren't firmly planted on the ground using chakra. It can cut through skin easily but doesnt deliver a lethal type blow. The only lethal part to this jutsu is if the opponent slams heavily into a boulder or tree from the force. Think of Kagura's Dance of Blades in Inuyasha and Tamari's fan attack. 1 post charge

However the longer used, the weaker the muscles will become, making the sword seem heavier after using.

Description: With the Eagle Eye Compass activated, the compass spins rapidly in a circle, causing the user to be trapped. The user is trapped into a sphere of lightning and feels like their body is being stabbed into by lightning shards, and putting puncture holes throughout the chakra network. Puts you in extreme pain. When released from this jutsu, your body still bears circular marks from the genjutsu making the enemy's chakra points visible to the user.

Description: Shaped like a kii blast from Dragonball Z. A burst of compressed lightning energy, this blast can be fired in rapid succession or in one major blast. The lightning must be compressed into a closed fist for atleast 1 post. The longer the hand stays compressed, the larger the blast can be. The rapid fire requires both hands to be used, each charging atleast one post in repeated succession. No handseals required. Each post you hold the charge, the attack become larger and more lethal. The blast is originally after one post, the size of a basketball. The blast doubles in size after each extra charge.



Jounin

Name: Wind Annihilation Jutsu

Description: Extremely dangerous on the hosts body when used. Possibility of death when used. While being cast it peels off the flesh of the user, slowly or rapidly, depending on the size and magnitude of the blast. It can be used at one target or to destroy all targets. It is summoned in the palm(much like a rasengan) and cast down. Fires a 360 degree wind blast followed through by streams of lightning. The winds shred through the body and flesh of the enemy like a paper cutter and the lightning dissinegrates it leaving no trace of even the smallest hint of blood behind. This attack destroys the enemy without destroying geography. This is mainly a last resort jutsu but if charged lightly does damage around the same as a rasengan but it keeps the shredding feature of tearing through the opponents body. Can only be used once per topic. 2 post charge.


S-ranked

Name: Hurricane Annihalation Slash

Description: This is a mix of the Wind Annihalation and the Hurricane Slash. It is channeled through a sword and it takes 3 VERY DETAILED posts to charge. It has the same effects as the Wind Annihalation when it comes to defeating an enemy, except this attack destroys geography, leaving nothing in it's wake. Ultimate Desrtuction. Meaning it can wipe out entire blocks or even massive villages like Konoha, leaving not an ounce or spec of dirt. That is IF the user is willing to kill themselves to accomplish the feat. It has the same effects as the wind annihalation as well. However, the peeling of flesh is much more rapid and much more painful. instead of starting at the skin, this peeling starts at the inner muscle tissue and can reach the bone if not careful. What good is the jutsu if your arm cant hold the sword?? That is this jutsu's major drawback, meaning you cant overcharge the attack or you will lose your arm for no reason and making matters worse you wont even be able to perform the jutsu. Only used once per fight. No handseals required.
