Description: The Morning Peacock is a certain-kill taijutsu. The principle of this taijutsu is to use the full abilities of the body, and then to strike the enemy down with countless punches. The technique is started by kicking the enemy into the air, which for most would be an instant kill. The user then jumps into the air in a distinctive stance and begins punching the enemy repeatedly. The speed of the punches is so fast that they are set ablaze by sheer speed and friction. This creates a peacock-like fan of flaming chakra around the opponent. Once the attack is finished, the enemy will be sent crashing back to the ground, covered with the attack's aura.

Description: This is started by bringing the body to its full potential. With the tremendous burst of power and speed, the user will form the needed hand positions and unleash a punch which focuses a massive amount of air pressure into a single point. This pressure point then explodes in a single instant, causing a massive blast range. Because the technique is Taijutsu and not made of chakra, it can not be absorbed by ninja skilled in chakra absorption.

Some of these require you to use the 8 Celestial Gates, just so there is no confusion.

I'll give you a package deal on all of these, since they are really more of a style than individual jutsu.

How about 35,000 for all the jutsu?

That's 5000 for the three D-ranks, 5000 for the C-ranks, 10,000 for the B-ranks and 15,000 for the A and S-ranks.

These are to be free due to his not taking a clan to start, they just need looking over and approval not pricing. Or at least thats how the system was explained to me.

Though yes it would seem that the purchase of the gates is in order.
