Description: Hand Seals; after completion of the final seal the user holds out their hand and dark brown and black chakra form out to make a composite longbow made of stone. The strong is made of the chakra itself and can only be pulled back by the user, upon drawing back this string a chakra arrow is formed. When the arrow is fired it solidifies, this is done by releasing the string which launches the missal at a speed of 50 mph and will go a maximum of two hundred feet before turning back into chakra and fading (this arrow can NOT turn around, it can only go forward). If the arrow makes contact with something it explodes into a shower of shrapnel with enough force to fracture bones and slice flesh, the shrapnel is shot out 20 feet from impact but the bone breaking only applies if it hits someone. When the arrow explodes it becomes about twenty shards of one to two inch shrapnel that each weight around fifteen pounds. Only one arrow can be fired per round and the technique lasts 5 rounds. Twice per topic with a ten post cool down.

I need an exact number of shrapnel and their size coming out of the arrow itself. I could see a World War type assault on these arrows lol. Give me those, and I will continue.

Nah, thats perfectly fine for number. Not many people have knowledge of shrapnels, and with it being modern in the 20th Century for World War uses, I wanted to make sure it wasnt around the number of 100 or something like that.

However, to fracture bones AND tear through the body, maybe add a weight factor in with the shards, so they cant simply be dismissed like feathers or something crazy.

Shrapnel ONLY tears skin, the bone fracturing is caused by the explosion of the arrow due to sheer force of the arrow exploding. And since its B rank level Doton I guess weight doesn't have to match size so I'd think each shard is around ten to fifteen pounds. Just wanting to get all this cleared before I go in and edit it

Description: No seals; the charge time varies depending on how long the user wants the technique to last. The technique last for three times the number of posts it was charged but can only be used once per topic. Max charge time of 5 posts. This jutsu creates an invisible orb of oxygen around the user's head which allows them to breathe pure air no matter where they are, this does not however stop any attack aimed at the user's head in any way.

Nothing wrong with this. Depth would be an issue I would think, but we haven't covered that yet. Give me a max number of charge time to cap off the jutsu. I would say a 5 post charge max will suffice at D rank, if higher it'll need to be bumped up to C.

Water Depths. The human body can only withstand certain depths where their eardrums explode and where they pass out as well. That could possibly affect this jutsu under water.

Description: Hand Seals; In order to use this technique the user is required to have at least one corpse available to be used. Normally corpses must be purchased through the item shop or by killing other characters but this is only for if they wish to continue using the corpse for more than a single topic. For a short term bodt (falls dead again and rots quickly at the end of the topic) the user can once per topic kill an NPC, in order to kill an NPC the user is required to spend 400 words describing the kill. Only one NPC corpse can be obtained in a topic. Using this jutsu, a person can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person, and maneuver it at will with chakra. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy. The traces of surgery can also be erased with chakra, because of which there's no difference, at first glance, with a live person. The corpse has no abilities and is unable to use jutsu (unless bought through the weapon/item shop), their strength/speed is to be determined either by the rank they had in life (if a dead character), included in the app for the body (if purchased through the shop) or is equal to that of a chunin (NPCs). The corpse can remain animated for a total of eight rounds and is only usable twice per topic with a four round cool after use.

I feel like this is more Necromancy than Ijutsu, but never the less, what all can you do with a reanimated corpse while controlling it?

The corpse is more or less a flesh puppet so total control over its movements, it is however weaker than a living person

Name: Nō no ningyō (Brain Puppet - 脳の人形)

Description: Hand Seals; the user is required to have ijutsu as their primary specialization in order to perform this technique at all, this is due to the highly complex task of what could almost be classified as brain surgery that is required to be performed. Since this technique takes some time to perform it is normally used after using another technique to restrain the target, meaning this technique is unable to be used in combat. 

The user, after finishing their hand seals, takes their thumb, index finger and middle finger of their non-dominant hand and places it on their own forehead. Next they do the same with their dominant hand on the target's forehead, this creates a bridge for chakra flow between the brains and makes the rest of the technique plausible. This form has deep meaning, the thumb gives the chakra which knocks out both affected, the index finger creates the genjutsu portion of the technique which is the mental plane, and the middle finger uses medical chakra the cause sparks in the brain which both allow those afrected to feel pain on the mental plane without being woken up as well as to physically rewire the brain of the loser to match the winner's wishes. The remaining part of the technique is rather boring to watch, the user and the target appear to be frozen in place in a sort of sleep (people standing remain standing rather than falling to the ground). While this is what appears to be going on the truth is that both the user and the target are locked in combat, this combat takes place on a mental plane.

This mental plane (plane of existence NOT an airplane or whatever) is a wide open field with one giant tree in the center. The field itself goes on forever without end and is a simple perfectly flat layer of dirt covered in half-inch tall blades of green grass. The tree in the center is mostly there for looks but it could be used for combat purposes if the fighters are tactical enough. The tree stands eighty feet tall with branches that shoot out fifty feet at the widest point. These branches are always covered in green leaves like a summer season tree would be. When the fight begins both fighters appear approximately 300 feet south of this tree (this holds no true meaning but is just for reference).

The combat is not like normal combat, no form of chakra or jutsu of any kind is able to be used here, it limits people to use nothing but basic weapons and brute strength. This battle also takes away any for of weapon ability as well as bloodlines, basically it takes every trace of naruto/fantasy out of the fight. The battle takes place for as long as is needed, sometimes this technique has lasted for days on end, the only way to end this technique is for one person to kill the other on the mental plane, the winner is granted the ability to give the loser a single command they must follow. Meaning if the user loses the battle it backfires and the target gets to give them a command.

This command is almost without limits but must be specific. This command must be something that will eventually come to an end as well. This command can also in no way force someone to commit suicide or otherwise directly cause serious damage to their body. An admin-level member must look over each command after it has been made to make sure it meets standards. This command lasts in the commanded person's mind until their task is complete. This jutsu can only be used once every two months.
