The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

How much damage can that bone armor take, does it weigh you down in any way, hinder joint movement? How many plates can you make at once? does this require handseals, if not, needs a post charge time.
The bone armor reminds me of either scale mail or plate mail armor. In traditional RP games armor provides a thing called Armor Check, which was a number to beat on a roll of the die or else it would make you mess up on what you were doing like swimming, climbing or even striking with a weapon in some situations. Armor also normally provides a maximum dexterity modifier, while we don't use stats on this site it is still understood if someone is flexible or not. A max dexterity means that there is an inhibitor to complex movements, however scale/plate mail are rather heavy and even slow down the wearer from both their sheer weight as well as loss of dexterity in the joints.
Basically this needs to inhibit movement a little and possibly reduce speed (you would be covering your entire body in steel dense material after all)
Jojo Kaguya has lived with the density of steel inside her for all her life due to the Kekkei Genkei. My question would be is: If Jojo Kaguya has lived 18 years with the steel density then wouldn't that mean she would be use to such a density outside her as well. Either way I love the dice roll thing and if possible I know this forum is able to activate a dice roll mechanism. That can be an easy way of doing this but if we were to use such a method then could you help with figuring out which numbers are which.

No I didn't mean use a dice roll as part of this, was giving an example from a RP, and while the density is inside you, by plating your outside with it ou would be basically doubling that which is where the weight comes into play.

I'm assuming since it's steel dense that is how this armor stands up against weaponry? Meaning that metal grades above steel are able to cut through it, you may need to work something out there like you did for jutsu

I've been accustumedto S rank prices for a while now. I can handle this one being S rank since it can verly wellbe my strongest deffensive jutsu in ideology when mixed with my other S and A rank stuff.

The removed toxins appear as a white gel, which solidifies, to brittle bone. This is then discarded. Depending on rank, a user is bale to remove more toxins and quicken the process

Effect: One of the strongest Futon (Wind) jutsus. Special: Handseals Drawback: Damages anything in the area, friend or foe. Must be used outdoors, when used indoors it can blow away the structure harming the user. (4 post generate : 12 post cool down) Description: The user forms the handseals as the wind above them begins to swirl. As the handseals complete the sky becomes dark and the clouds swirl violently. Two tornadoes /funnel clouds fall from the sky to form on the users fists and cause damage as they spiral around them. This move can be even more deadly if there is a lot of debris or weapons scattered in the battleground due to the high vortex of the move. Dropping low to focus a kick to the opponent's jaw in which you push that person into the air.
Jumping in the air to appear behind the opponent in which you apply the first punch into the gut three times alternating between the fists to push them higher in the air.
A fourth punch into the solar-plex that causes the opponent to lose air in the body as it causes the opponent to fly backwards three meters.
Next is appearing at the side of the opponent in which you apply a kick to the opponent's shoulder blade but...
...While pushing the opponent down to the earth with the kick you are to apply a head punch with locked hands that will push them faster to the ground.
As they fall your air chakra around your hands become stat-icky with electricity.
Next is to punch the side of the opponent to push them off the strait down course but into a diagonal course.
Then it is a multi kick and punch combo as the land in the ground as they are pushed into the crater.
The final move is to do a back flip heal kick into the opponent's gut.

The mind's of the Kagura is a jutsu based solely on sensing out individuals within a large range and then gauging their chakra power. The skill extends to telling when a person is lying from the fluctuations in a person's chakra made from dishonest emotions or detecting if someone, including the user, is under a genjutsu. The materialized chakra is shaped like a blade, cutting up everything it touches. It is also possible to alter the attack range of the weapon by adjusting the amount of chakra put into the blade. Seeing through the movements is said to be very difficult. The density of the chakra is so high it becomes visible. It not only raises the power of the weapon, but simultaneously turns oneself into a blade as well. The chakra-enhanced blades are strong and sharp enough to cut through solid rock and iron.
