The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

I was just accepted to your nice little slice of the internet by Storm, and now i have NO idea what to do. If you could just answer me quickly, or point me toward a thread which WILL answer my questions i'll be on my way.
1) What do i do now? Should i be finding a Jounin to train me or making a character sheet somewhere else out of my character audition or...
2) In the anime usually a Kekkai Genkai is needed to combine elements to create scorch styles, etc. Would i need that, or with proper training would i be able to obtain Jutsu with those styles, at a greater cost of course.
3) Are there any major plot developments i should know right now? Which may be planned in the future or goings on in the land.
1. If your character has been approved then you will be wanting to create your statistics sheet (http://www.narutolegacy.com/f70-upgrade-shop) and afterward your jutsu for your character. Finding a jounin isn't required but it would help development of your character.
2. Creating "Advanced elements" IE: Scorch, Particle, Lava, etc. Requires that your clan have the element, so no you cannot obtain them through training only through your KKG as you've said, unless said differently by administration.
3. Plots are in the midst of being created currently so there is no main plot, you have only your character's development plot as well as your village's to go off of for the time being.
First thing you should do is make your character statistics. If you want information on doing that then please look HERE and HERE
When you are done making your statistics you must make your character jutsu's using the information HERE.
Please take a look around the site if you haven't already. Some of the questions you wish to ask may have already been answered in the rules and guides.

Well thankyou both it's been a real help, but i think there's one last thing i need. I noticed there is a canonical and non-canonical option. Is there an archive list of jutsu i can get to so that i don't end up just recreating something already created on the forum, or should i just start listing jutsu for my character?
Canon jutsu's can be found HERE. More are currently being added, and these are being remade, but you may use them until we ask you to replace these old ones for the new ones. Enjoy them.
