Description:

Abilities: Gives the wearer a substantial boost in their genjutsu, boosting it up by two ranks, costing 35 initial chakra and 15 chakra per post for as long as the boost is active, lasting for 4 posts, cooldown 2 posts. However if the wearer has no BLM to the Hecoro Clan, the ring does nothing.

History: When Dranaria (One of the first and leader of the clan) was old and dying, the first six of the clan including Dranaria himself, were studying a way to keep themselves alive, they found none.... instead they found a way to preserve themselves using their chakra by sending it into another person or object, retaining memories of both people if they choose to put themselves into the person.... instead Dranaria decided he was going to put himself into a ring he had been given by his father since he was very little. Dranaria had focused all of his chakra into this ring, as the ring was being over flowed with chakra and knowledge as well as memories, it had formed special attributes given by Dranaria, given that Dranaria was a genjutsu user the ring would empower the wearer with genjutsu strength and can form the image of the person's choosing. The others had also done things like this.... but as the Hecoro's love their secrets and knowledge... these objects and secrets are kept within the Hecoro Vault

This needs a duration, as well as a length- if it can travel to another village, you would have to meet the person IC and affect them with your chakra(& it would only last on them for a specific amount of time) You woul dnot be able to catch people in Genjutsu from afar by watching through the ring.

Remove the percentages, you cannot increase the effectiveness of a rank.

Updated to make it more simple, however, I would like suggestions on how to keep this item S rank, as I do not believe that it's ability at its current state will keep it in S rank

Give the ring a substantial chakra cost while active(per post) and increase the rank of Genjutsu by 2 ranks.

Yeah that is too much lol. Give it a 35 initial chakra cost & 15 chakra per post. Maximum of 4 post duration. 2 post cooldown.

so... fixed the chakra amount, now.... how should I explain the experience bar.... since Hisame doesn't understand

My idea was literally spending S Rank experience like you would on a statistic- that way when you fuse it into you, it could become like a 3rd eye(Eye of Asura wanna-be)
