The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Now I know you can all tell I haven't been on and I'm going to explain why. I have lost every bit of muse for Naruto. Like I can't seem to sit down and RP it. I try to finish my Kage thread and then I find something to distract myself. I need help trying to muster my muse again. I can see Kusa is extremely inactive because of it and it annoys me how much I like Naruto but I can't even finish a single thread. I don't have that fire or determination anymore and it pisses me off to no end. Then on top of that I see no one posting and then I don't feel like posting either. It's like I'm in such a huge funk. It's not even like I'm overwhelmed with school either because I finish all assignments like its nothing.
Hmm...I'll set up some OOC events, minigames, 'n stuff to just get people posting on the forum. Then I'll get people to jump back into the plot that went stale because nobody else posted in it despite others joining in. Once we start getting some posts around the forum, we'll start with the power of suggestion and then advertise.
I will also put together a staff application topic. We need an active team who will be willing to put the time in to get trained and grade stuff. One of the reasons Legacy has gone inactive is because there were only 2 people at most grading everything.

Join in the post games Kou, message me if you want motivation & a buddy to help you push out some threads. I'm considering making a Kusa-nin as well so I can have a shinobi in each village to promote Roleplaying.
