Description: About a foot long, around a inch thick, the diameter of the inside is about one inch. Along with that, It looks like a normal bamboo stick, but is hollowed. Does not have the strength of a normal bamboo stick, can't withstand a sword worth nothing.

Abilities: When senbons are put in it, and Finnik blows, the needle goes about 50 ft. (With Jutsu, +70, 120 ft.) The piercing damage depends on the range, 50 ft - around a inch in. 120 - a inch in, The closer you are, the more damage it puts on.

History: When Finnik visited Kusamuragakure, after escaping the disaster of Nadaregakure. He found a small bamboo patch, and decided to make this weapon. He soon made a small fuuton jutsu that allows him to blow the senbon farther.

What kind of piercing power does this have without any outside enhancements (like perhaps a fuuton technique that could be made later)

1. Is this the same strength as normal bamboo chutes?

2. What is the piercing power of this? or, Is this only usable with the jutsu?

What I need is the power of the needle after you shoot it without the jutsu. Like it can go through skin or whatever. Answer than and it should be good to go.
