The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Nami is a calm person when he needs to be but if you find a way he'll get hyped up in a heartbeat. Nami is a carefree type of person willing and able to do whatever. Bloodline Ability:The user is able to transform any part of there bodys into dragon and utilize there abilities. This clan is particular fond of ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Ijutsu [/color] Location:Scattered
Clan History: This clan has been around for centuries but has never shown themselves for fear that they be hunted down. The founder and clan leader Tana Doragonhāto was a kind person she never understood her powers but was willing to pass them on before she passed on. Its was three years after the clan was starting to come alive before Tana died.
The next person that was suposed to be the leader was Tana's younger brother kenta but Tana's son was born earlier on and was the right age so he took the throne and Kenta had to wait once more but Kenta was a trickster. Kenta was filling Tana's son Nowa with lies, and false facts.
Afterwards Nowa launched an attack on the nearest village and took control and went to the next and the next and so on. Before he could attack the first major village Kenta had a change of heart and killed Nowa for the safety of the clan. The clan split up thinking that would be the best solution, a few Doragonhāto childeren pop up now and again but the clan stays hidden waiting for the right moment to come back and redeem there lost honor.
History
History: Nami was some what a spoiled child which came from his mother but on the other hand his fater was somewhat of a do or die type of person. Nami loved his parents there was no doubt about that, Nami's father no and again would teach Nami different moves to help hone his skills both of his parents over saw his training.
Nami was always the leader of his lilttle group of friends seeing how he was the one always having to calm them down or help them out in different situations. Nami enjoyed having friends that were this close to him he could even call them family even though they had no blood relation. Nami's parents we're killed on his 15th birthday the loss had a devastaing effect on Nami but with help from his friends he learned to coop with the loss. .
RP Sample: Nami was sitting on the roof of his house with his hands clasped together thinking about the multiple problems swirling in his mind. Nami looked up from his spot and sighed with great intensity. He stood up and jumped from the roof to the balocny to the porch, there he opened the door and walked inside. "Mom i smell food what are you cooking" Nami screamed into the kitchen but got no repley.
He decided to walk in and interupt his mother, he opened the kitchen door and walked in he smeeled the food nd smiled a little. He ran up to his mother and grabbed her hand and twirled her around making her dizzy for a brief second. After she regained steadyness she poked Nami in his ribs and gave him a hug before going back to cooking her meal.
Nami was walking out of the kitchen and ran into his father whom he was trying to avoid all day but in the end hear he was "have you finished your training for today" Nami's father asked with with a slight hint of irratation in his voice . Nami shook his head and slid past his father and grabbed his jacket and went right back up to the roof sitting the racking through all those things inside that head of his.

I'm sorry to be double posting but what should i do. Should i wait for Renzenku to come back and post the clan up or should I. Or do i need to join a new clan entirely
