The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Ok so here's how it works. Im not sure if my staff use to do it like this but im going back to every stat approved recently and making sure.
You as a Genin are given a total of 6000 starter experience points.
You are given only one free D rank element, and one free D rank specialty. Everything else you have to buy using these statistic ranking rules: http://www.narutolegacy.com/t7719-experience
So based on your character sheet youll be given
Katon: D Ninjutsu: D
Now you will also have 6000 exp points to work with, you can do the following. You can either further level up those to, and use remainder exp to purchase your other specialties/elements. Or you can leave them alone and just use the 6000 exp on specialties/ elements. Whatever you do the options all vary on what you want so long as you stick to the guidelines stating that 0- D rank cost 3000 exp(example, your kenjutsu is at 0 right now to bring it to D rank will cost you 3000 exp)
lemme know when youre done. Also remember general stats need ranking too,only difference is that all your stats start at D rank and not 0
From what I understand from the statistic system which says;
Starting specializations are decided upon character creation, and are completely free. You may start with either one specialization starting at B-rank, or two starting at D-rank. It is possible to unlock a new specialization in the Specialization tree but it costs a lot of experience (3,000), meaning that you can learn other specializations later as well, in fact all of them.
In the Nature tree, the user may start with one element at B-rank, or two at D-rank. It is possible to unlock a new element in the Nature tree but it costs a lot of experience (3,000).
I believe I am allowed to take two D-rank specializations, and with B-rank Katon, please do correct me if I am wrong on this,
