Personality: Storm is as quiet and as calculative as anyone ever known. He does not say much, but he does say enough to hold true meaning. He is the epiphany of death, knowing many ways to kill one person with a single punch. Although he is skilled at killing, he does not do so unless ordered to or forced to. He is not a man that could be easily read, making it 100% difficult to predict his next move.
Storm is a man that prefers to show no emotion, that prefers for no one to understand him, and that prefers to be as unreadable as possible; unfortunately, sometimes his emotions could show.
Likes: Storm enjoys the taste of spicy food. In fact, his favorite dish is one that has many spices inside. He even enjoys the hottest pepper known to man. Often times he is spotted in restaurants ordering the most mouth burning food that could be fixed, not once breaking a sweat at the taste. This spicy fetish could be due to the fact that he is a Katon user, or it could be due to his excess amount of spicy curry his mother would fix for him as a child. What ever the reason, there is no doubt that no one loves the hot flavor of a dish more than Storm does.
Another favorite of Storm would be little girls. Despite how perverted it sounds, Storm enjoys the company of girls by the age of 1-10. He does not like so for corrupt reasons, though many flags are raised to him due to this like; he simply enjoys them due to the fact that they remind him of his daughter. He is no pervert, he just wants to love his daughter again.
Lastly, Storm enjoys combat, more than little girls and spicy foods. Any chance he gets in fighting, he would take without hesitation. From the strategic thinking, to the blow of power, Storm likes it all. However, he doesn't show his action lust as many would, still sticking to the task of remaining unreadable. Every now and then, Storm would give a slight smile or a chuckle to show that he is enjoying the battle before returning back to his indecipherable self.
Dislikes: Storm dislikes the cold, this ranging from cold areas to cold food. Anything not warm or hot is his natural enemy. Due to this, he has made many attempts to stay away from cold climates. If he was ever caught in one, he would try his best, using all of is fire jutsu's, to warm himself up to the point of volcanic heat.
He does enjoy the thrill of battle and killing, but he does not enjoy the murder of children. Being the natural father figure that he is, he could never bring himself to kill a child still in their youth. In fact, if he had the power to, he would save the children from certain death or anyone trying to kill them. This makes him a very bad candidate for killing those younger than him. He could wound, but will never kill.
Furthermore, Storm detests the Uchiha clan. He hates their existence, he hates their symbol, he hates their name, and he hates the fact that he was born into the clan. The only thing he enjoys about the clan is the use of their eyes. He enjoys their Kekkei Genkai and will use it to achieve his goal; however, as far as the Uchiha clan is concerned, he would never call himself an Uchiha.
Motivation: Storm wishes to see the world at war, for only when the world sees destruction would it finally awaken. He believes that death would bring new and better life. If this world saw war, it would then see happiness and create a better world. As twisted and confusing as his idea might sound, he will follow through with his goal until hell awakens, joining the Ouraboros for the purpose of starting a mass war.
Storm also wishes to see the death of the Kage's. He believes their existence the means for his strength. If he kills them all, then he would be stronger than any known ninja in this world. This leading to his final wish, to grow stronger. He wants to be stronger than all and be the new ruler of the earth. Though this is a dream now, he strives to attain such a goal, "For when I am stronger than all, all will bow below me. And when they bow, I will rule with a gentle fist."
Fears: Storm fears only one thing, and that is people who can read him. People who understands what he will do next, understands the feelings he bare, who can manipulate him into doing whatever they want of him. He finds these people the deadliest of them all and will waste no second to eradicate them from this world. If one wants to know him, it would be best not to.
Uchiha Clan

The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan can tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with.
The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summons or even Bijuu’s may be controlled. When this was used against summons and the Bijuu’s their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence.
The hypnotic ability coupled with the other aspects of the Sharingan, can make the user appear as if they can "see the future". First, the user must perfectly mimic every move their opponent makes and possibly their thoughts and words through careful observation. Then, they suggest an action to the opponent such as hand seals for a jutsu that the opponent and Sharingan user already know and copy that. With these things done, the user can complete the action even before the opponent does, possibly using the Sharingan's genjutsu to confuse or delay them. As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else, or creating various illusions to deceive someone. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu.
Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the chakra levels that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly. However, when a Sharingan is transplanted to a non-Uchiha, the chakra drain is significant, leading them to cover it up when not in use, to stop the drain.
The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, including the powerful fire jutsu Amaterasu and the almost unbreakable genjutsu Tsukuyomi. The Mangekyō Sharingan erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be prevented by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan

The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that might was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favored the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hatefulness. From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha.
Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. As time passed the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.
The Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. The leader at that time feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to stop fighting. The Senju settled in the Cherry Blossom Country, and the Uchiha moved to the Ocean Country to reside on its various islands. What happens next will depend on the generations to come.
History: Childhood
Storm grew in the land of Shipuugakure, where the weather never ceases to amaze all. He was bred by an Uchiha male member by the name of Toriko Uchiha, and a female Uchiha member named Sakura Uchiha. Toriko Uchiha was a very peaceful man. He was kind to all, never failed to show a nice smile, even during bad times, and he had nothing but happiness towards everyone. His belief was that love would conquer the world, and bring about a new reality, one where war did not exist. When Toriko was a Genin, he was placed in a squad of three, with the very talented Sakura Uchiha.
Sakura was the opposite of Toriko. Where Toriko believed that love would bring about peace, Sakura believed that strength would lead to salvation. She was very strong, too strong for Toriko to handle sometimes. She would some times be able to break bones, boulders, and the ground apart by her fists. Whenever Toriko would do or say something hurtful to Sakura, he would definitely end inside an infirmary.
They began to love each other as time went on, eventually starting a family together. By the start of January, they bred themselves a baby boy named Storm, Sakura's name choice, not Toriko's. Storm was raised to treat women special, listen to his elders, help any in need but do not be manipulated, and live a happy life. At the beginning of his childhood, he was showed much love, and tons of punishment, raising to be a very lively and hot tempered young man.
Genin
When he became old enough, Storm entered into the Ninja Academy. There he learned the many ways and techniques of becoming a good ninja in Shipuugakure. Unfortunately, Storm was horrible at everything. He could not use Genjutsu, his Taijutsu needed a lot of work, and his ninjutsu was the worse of the worse. Also, Storm was a horrible student to teach. If he did not understand something he would throw a temper tantrum. He would toss a book out the window, throw a desk at anyone who mocked him, and burn down what ever angered him to a terrifying degree. He was almost kicked out of the Academy for his bad behavior, and sent to the hospital because of his insolence to his mother.
Storms temper was horrible, so of course when the time came to join a squad no sensei volunteered to train him. Unfortunately for one of them, he needed to be trained. So he joined squad 3 with a girl named Uinta and a boy named Sama, they were twins. The sensei was named Mizu, an alias of his because he loved water.
Automatically, the two boys did not enjoy each others company. Storm challenged Sama to a fight when ever he could, and Sama challenged Storm to a fight when ever HE could. The two of them were fire and ice, never able to cope in the same room. The only person that could calm their arguments was Uinta, the sweet sister of Sama. She knew how to control both of them, through the means of torture or manipulation. Squad three was not the most successive squad, but it was a good squad, in its own definition.
Chuunin
Storm and Uinta, just like Toriko and Sakura, began to love each other during their later years. Due to them always being on the same squad, they spent a lot of time cherishing each other.. Storm and Sama's relationship, on the other hand, only grew worse, especially since Sama’s sister was dating Storm. They would beat each other so bad that blood would flow from every part of their body. Their fights would leave each other in medical care for weeks. Their relationship was horrible, but changed the day Sama died.
This happened during the Chuunin exams. Storm had just faced off against a ninja from the same village. It was an impressive battle where both members fought till their bodies couldn’t move, but Storm remained the valiant winner. Sama was beginning to face off against his opponent from the Hyougagakure village. The battle was tough, and Sama almost won the match until his opponent pulled a move that none expected. Before many could blink, the match was over. Sama was defeated and his opponent became the victor. Sama was administered into the hospital after the battle where his heart suddenly stopped working. The doctors said that his battle damage was too much for him to handle, and his body just gave up on him.. Storm could never forgive the Hyougagakure village for killing his friend, despite his bad relationship with Sama. No matter what type of feud they had, Storm and Sama were still good friends. They shared a confusing bond that brought them closer than brothers. When Sama died, Storm held a never ending grudge against Hyougagakure and its ninja’s.
Special Jounin
Three years after Sama's death, Storm married Uinta. They lived a happy life together, becoming known as the best Ninja couple in Shipuugakure. They were fine with their life together, though many issues rose during their time. They wanted, with all their heart, to have a child, but when they came close, the child was always taken away.
Their first kid was properly placed inside Uinta's tummy; however, an accident prevented the child from growing healthy and it died within two months of growth. The other attempts after that were as unsuccessful as the last. Uinta spent most of her nights crying because she couldn't handle the stress of losing children every time she came close to having one. She became silent from the world, lost all of her happy and warm spirit, then grew apart from Storm. If the Uchiha man did not act quick, he would have lost his one and true love early.
Seeing how Uinta turned on him, Storm decided to do something behind her back and adopt another Uchiha child, who was 1 month old. This kid was a young girl named Sakura, named after Storms mother, who brought back the life to Uinta that almost died. They began to be a happy family once again.
Sakura was a handful for the two. She kept both Storm and Uinta up at night with her crying. This would drive Storm nuts to the point of him crying himself. They experienced the joys of having a child, the struggles, and they gave Sakura the best love a child could receive. Sakura became their pride, and sometimes their joy.
During these times, Storm experienced a change in attitude. Instead of being the uncontrollable hothead he use to be, Storm began to think more about all actions he took. He was starting to grow up, and becoming the perfect father and husband; of course, every once in a while he would destroy anyone who disrespected him or his family. He matured into the calm knowledgeable man with great skill. However, he was not yet the isolated man he is today. In fact, Storm loved the company of everyone. He was a friendly man who could have friendly conversations with everyone. He was still a good guy, and a very reliable man.
Jounin
A year after Sakura was introduced into the family, Storm was raised to Jounin level. He was one of the most strongest ninja's in Shipuugakure. Due to this, he was sent out to do many dangerous missions. When Sakura was 10 years old, Storm was called away for an assassination mission. During this time, a man broke into the home of Uinta and Storm's to kill Uinta and Sakura. Uinta gave great struggle, after all she wanted to protect her young child, but the man got the upper hand and killed Storm’s wife.Sakura witnessed this, and she was driven mad. He strong feelings of love for her mother took over her and she quickly unlocked the Mangekyo Sharingan, the final eye to the Uchiha Clan's Kekkei Genkai. The man was surprised when he was suddenly feeling the excruciating burn of amaterasu, his skin melting to the bone. When the fight was over and the man’s screams were silent, Sakura was left alone. Her mother was dead, and so was the man, and Storm was not there to help her. Until Storm returned, Sakura stayed in her room crying bloody tears.
When Storm returned, and received word of what had happened, he did not break into tears. Sakura was in mental pain and he needed to be her rock, so he stopped himself from crying and devoted his time to being with his daughter. This meant that he stopped moving out for missions as well. Sakura slowly began to become normal, but she never could get over the fact that she had the Mangekyo Sharingan eyes When ever she looked in to the mirror and notice her own reflection, she would see the eyes that killed the man who killed her mother, and she would begin to cry.
Storm left Shipuugakure when his daughter became the target of the Uchiha clan. She had the Mangekyo Sharingan at her disposal, a horrifying Kekkai Genkai that could kill millions if used wrongly. What made the clan want her even more was the fact that she was young. Unlocking a high level Kekkei Genkai at a young age was extremely impressive. Since she was young, her mind wasn’t yet molded into something mature and thoughtful, meaning that she could still be persuaded in a good or bad way. If the Uchiha got a hold of her, she would have been the greatest killer known to the Uchiha. Storm did not want Sakura to be the Uchiha's pawn, so he escaped at night time and never returned to the Shipuugakure village.
He and Sakura lived life as a wanderer for a while before settling in a nice village, far away from Shipuu and the Uchiha's. Sakura flourished into a healthy young teen. She lost some of her sweetness unfortunately, and became a mighty big trouble maker. She would always sneak off to hang out with some of the cute village boys, against her dad's wishes. Their life was full of arguments and tribulations, but their love for each other did not ever leave them, despite the fact that Sakura would say ‘I hate you’ to Storm.
However, it seemed that the Uchiha clan curse always followed them wherever they went. Some of the Uchiha members found Storm and Sakura, not wanting possible talent to get away, they attacked the two in the hopes of capturing Sakura. Storm tried his best to fight the Uchiha's off, but he was outnumbered and out matched; although he fought valiantly. When two Uchiha came at him at once, he did not flinch or run away. He continued to fight with every might he had. Almost beaten to death, Sakura stepped in to save her father. Using her Amaterasu, she burned several of the Uchiha thugs to death. Her ability was terrifying, and made a few Uchiha turn tail and run. But, despite her great ability, Sakura could not control it. Her eyes began to burn, and she became vulnerable to anything. An Uchiha clansman saw this and took the slight chance he had to decapitate her.
Storm witnessed this, and allowed his emotions to get the best of him. Within minutes, the village that Storm had settled in was burned down, the great fire caused by him. The Uchiha ran, and Storm was left alone.
Joining the Ouraboros
After his daughter died, Storm shifted into the life of a mercenary, killing whoever he could for money. If it was a great sum, he would do whatever was asked of him. Soon, his mercenary occupation became an assassin occupation. He was famously known for being able to kill a large amount of people in one room. Eventhough he received money for this, Storm killed others for a goal to eliminate the clan of the Uchiha. He believed in this goal so much that he would kill almost any Uchiha he saw. Storm had also developed a name for himself, Cataclysm. This was due to the jutsu's he used that had a cataclysmic effect on his opponent. He was said to take down an armada of enemies just by the use of one Jutsu. He made one specifically to destroy the many enemies he would face. He became an unstoppable machine, with much skill and a destructive mission.
One day, while he was carrying out a mission, he met a person who was said to work for the Ouraboros, a group of ninja’s that had not made their name known yet. Storm got into a battle with that member, who then turned him to a bloody pulp. No matter what Storm tried, he could not defeat this member. As someone who had big plans ahead of him, Storm could not deal with the fact that he was beaten. So he came after the member again and again until he could not move.
Of course, the Ouraboros member enjoyed the fight, but after a while Storm seemed a little pathetic. Playing the nice guy, the Ouraboros member invited Storm to join the Ouraboros organization. Storm accepted this invitation, seeing as he was to join the organization that had a strong enough member to beat him, he thought that this would be an excellent opportunity to become stronger.
At first, he did not enjoy the organization. It was full of many bloodthirsty dogs that would turn their teeth to him at any moment, some actually did. He would often find himself beating on any Oura who dared to challenge his strength. He fought a lot amongst the group members, but grew stronger due to this. Quickly did he establish himself as a worthy team member, holding a record for the most missions accomplished. Many came to respect him, although some still wished to have him dead within the group. Storm did not care what the others thought. After all, Storm did not care for this organization. He would turn on it more than it would turn on him any day.
He never forgot his main goal; however, he did expand on it. He wished to attain greater glory and strength than any the world has seen. Storm wanted to rule the earth, to create a world where no child would ever be killed for evil reasons. Soon enough, his ideal turned twisted and he wanted what he called ‘peace’ through evil means. He made plans to start global wars, to destroy the lands of ice, storm, hurricane, death, and sakura. Storm became a man lost in his way, dark and cold to the bone. He started to plan evil deeds, and kill many people, all for the sake of “the future.” Storm became a monster, a man lost due to the death of his family. “I will do whatever it takes to achieve my goal, even if that means becoming the demon everyone detests. All for the better of the future.”
The Ninth Opening
A man by the name of Naga finally revealed himself as the leader of the organization during its first ever major gathering. He made promises of world domination through many means, though none made Storm feel easy. It was Naga's latest plans that took Storm by surprise and made him question Naga's leadership.
Naga had a vision that involved resurrecting a once infamous Umikage, Dominic Edrick, through a fuinjutsu release method. It required almost all of the Ouraboros members chakra to complete. However, Naga's plans were ruined when the village known as Hyougagakure suddenly attacked them. It was every Ouraboros member versus an army known as "The Machine." The battle was bloody, and a might collision between Naga and Hyougagakure's emperor, and leader of "The Machine," Isais made large craters within the landscape.
Weakened from nearly dispersing their chakra for the awakening ritual, the Ouraboros members nearly lost their lives. The only reason they survived was due to their leader, Naga de Serpentine, awakening Dominic Edrick's tomb and calling forth the former Umikage for assistance. Unfortunately for Naga, what he actually called forth was none other than the ninth jinchuuriki of this world. It's power radiated through the world; sending shifts in the ground, causing strange lighting storms and great typhoons.
It's power did not go unnoticed. The Umikage, Sakurakage, Fubikikage, Oujoukage, and former bandits of Bofuugakure gathered forces. Within a matter of minutes shinobi's from all over the world met in one area to witness the might of the nine tailed beast. Some wished to capture this creature, and charged at it in hopes to weaken and seal it. However, they witnessed that the beast was not as easy to capture as they hoped. Within seconds the Nine tails had murdered hundreds of shinobi's with one tailed beast bomb.
It was only the former leader of "The Machine" that could barely stand a chance against this beast. With all the power he had left, the emperor sealed the nine tails into a miniature device. With the nine tails sealed, the only enemies that remained on the battle field were the shinobi of different villages. It did not take long for all the villages to break their temporary truce and for a full world war to suddenly envelope in one area. The nine tails killed hundreds, this war killed thousands.
Storm watched as every village turned on their once comrades. Never before did he see a mighty massacre than this day. However, he would not stay out of the fight for long. In fact, he threw himself into the battle when he spotted the head of the Uchiha clan. With rage in his heart, Storm challenged the Uchiha clans head to a death match. Sheffield, another member of the Ouraboros, kept every Uchiha clansmen off of Storm as he fought for his life. During this battle Storm had awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan, Amaterasu, and had retrieved the eyes of the head clan which he gave to Sheffield to store.
Before he could slaughter the rest of the Uchiha clan that was present, a strange anomaly took place on the battlefield. The nine tails had reawakened. This time it came in the form of a stone humanoid, but attained the same power it had not long ago. The beasts powers were frightening, and deterred many men and women from continuing the fight out of fear.
Storm felt nothing for those that lost their will; in a war it was expected. However, Storm knew the risk of allowing this creature to be let alone as the faltered shinobi wanted. So, he was one of the few that delivered a speech to raise the shinobi's morale, ending his with words that would make him famous, "You run now and the Kyuubi kills you while you're running. We are shinobi, we don't die running, we die fighting."
Storm rallied his Ouraboros members, and many other ninja of different villages, to attack the nine tails with all their power. In the end, all effort was made useless. The nine tails annihilated everyone. The last thing that Storm remembered about that day was a giant explosion before waking up in the secret Ouraboros cave.
