Description: In its original state, the katana has a red hilt with the standard diamond pattern etched into the sides and at the bottom is connected to a large 3 foot chain. The blade has etched into both sides of the metal "All men fall, it is but time and method that differ." The sheath is the same blood-red color with no other markings, however on either side of itself it also reads "Hope is not a strategy."

Abilities: The blade has the innate ability to vibrate subtly, but very quickly at such a rate as to cause a mirage or afterimage of sorts when moved, causing its movements to be very hard to discern. [e.g., When struck at an opponent or spun in a circle.]

This blade also has the ability to change form into that of the scythe (In my avatar). Once 50 chakra has been pumped into it, the sword will transform completely in the span of about 2 seconds, making the transformation a very quick one. The scythe will only maintain its form with 50 chakra pumped into it, however all it needs is that 50 chakra. For the scythe to return to normal, that same amount of chakra has to be given again by its wielder (Syn). The transformation is marked by a decent sized explosion of black smoke, about 5 feet in diameter and 6 in height. The scythe itself is also 6 feet. The metal composing it both in its katana and scythe form are an unknown alloy, virtually indestructible, however charmed with properties that allow for it not to cut its own master when directed upon them.

History: A little time after the Chuunin exams and his quick promotion to Jounin, Syn took time to wander and recollect his wounded mentality. Chancing upon a village hidden within a cultist regime, he was immediately set upon by the intolerant soldiers of which he dispatched swiftly. As he slew the last of the attackers, Syn then chanced upon a shrine hidden from the soldiers obviously for had it been the discovered, the treasure lurking inside would have definitely been taken.

Quick to test it, Syn cut through the stone walls with ease. Sharp as obsidian, but not nearly as brittle, the blade never bent or broke. Seeing as to what a perfect chance it would be to test it out, Syn went back to the village in order to fight the rest of the soldiers undoubtedly waiting for him once word was out that the others had been slain. Though, ruled by a cultist regime, the people of the village were steadfast in their beliefs and had always believed the blade to be that of an angel's for it never broke and cut down with ease. And once they saw the highly-skilled swordsmanship he possessed when taking out the soldiers, instead of being outraged, they proclaimed Syn a miracle, wholeheartedly believing only the chosen could wield the blade and that his skill with a sword was a gift from above. For this, he was thus dubbed Syn the Tenken and when the capability to change into a scythe was discovered, the people of the odd village proclaimed that he could be no other than a descendent of the pale horsemen, Azrael, or more commonly known as the Angel of Death. The true origin of the blade is still unknown and Syn is the only known person to whom the blade's abilities, aside from being unbreakable, will work.

• I am going to need a description of the scythe, it's size, color, etc. Is there any other changes now that you added chakra to it?

• Since the black smoke could unfairly be used against someone in battle, I am going to need its size to be toned down a little.

The scythe is 6 feet and it looks exactly as in my avatar, the explosion is only smoke no actual force in it to hit anyone if that makes a difference?

From what i read it takes 50 chakra to turn into a scythe and 50 chakra to go back to being a sword. The chakra spent will not be able to return to you in the same topic. Remove the part about it being taken back.

• Now in the past there was a rule that stated that only the sage swords (I.E My Nuibari) would be the only "Indestructible" weapons; however this may or may not have changed, Isais will have the final say on that.
  
  
• So how long can the weapon maintain these vibrations? And the vibrations don't effect the cutting ability or anything for the weapon correct?

After that I can dropped the mortgage on this masterpiece.

It's indestructible because I opted to have this instead of the free Forbidden Jutsu for the timeskip plot, the vibrations continue for as long as it is being held and it doesn't affect it cutting ability in any way

He can keep the near indestructibility because he opt out of the stat boosts. This also means that his weapon is free but keep in mind that the 6th tails can actually destroy this. If yall didnt know its one of his many capabilities.
