| It all looks good until It gets down to your Specializations. You are allowed to have 2 free at D Rank or 1 at B Rank, another Specialization after this requires it to be "unlocked" for 2,500EXP |

This is explained in the shinobi guide. Also you can still have that 3rd Specilization used in your application, but only after you unlock it. More or less that section directly applies to higher ranked shinobi. For your statistics, it looks good but you are not allowed more than 500 left over EXP, you have 750EXP leftover. Note- the leftover EXP from your starter statistics cannot be used on your shinobi rank up. |

| Your Fuuton element is off, from D-B Rank is 2,000EXP, not 1,250EXP |

| Now your Specializations are messed up, you have 1000EXP and need 2000EXP to upgrade your Taijutsu to B Rank |
