Not quite sure what to do. There really no other place where I can spend EXP in. I don't want a second element and I since I'm not using Taijutsu or Bukijutsu. I don't see the need to improve my STR.

I was told that I need Kuchiyose/Summoning to use my clan abilities (Summoning Snakes) but the summoning system is not up yet. Can't spend exp there

I guess I wait till summoning system is up. 

The Hachurui clan doesn't require Kuchiyose, since the body of a Hachurui is composed of snakes. I will look into this, so hold your breath for a while.

Kuchiyose is an outlet for literally summoning snakes with their own mind. Hachurui have power over normal snakes, which means jutsu can be made under this pretext. However, summoning a snake would in fact require Kuchiyose.

Also, please just pick another element or specialization. It would be like working toward the future. You could also use your EXP to buy chakra. However, we will not allow more than 500 EXP as a remainder.

250 exp for 1 Charka? That isn't very tempting to be honest but since I have to get rid of some exp I will buy charka.
