Aki stood on top of a tall building as the rain came
pouring down. It had to be a little after mid night. There
was no body on the streets. the only lights that were on
were the street lights giving dimlight to main area of
road. Aki stood there in his long black leather coat. His
black anbu pants and top from his time back when he
was an anbu member. Four of his six swords that he
normally carried two resting on both hips and the other
two resting on his back strapped in an "X" Like
patterned. His hands being rapped in what seemed to
be black banadages starting from his hands all the way
up his arm to his shoulders.

He watched the streets very carefully. His ember gold
eye's, which were very rare in the Uchiha clan scanning
the area below him. Every so often you would see
something moving so fast it seemlike a blur. Like your
eye's would be placing tricks on you because of the
weather and the lightning that seem to be touching the
ground as it ripped and roar in the sky above. But Aki
was well trained bettered trained then almost any black
op before or after him. His leaf head band still cover his
forhead withy a line across the leaf symbol stating his
rouge status.

To the untrained eye's though blurs would be just
something the weather was doing to the human eye's.
But Aki knew better even thought they were moving
quickly to a normal shinobi eye's. He was no normal
shinobi. To him they seem like they were just running at
a normal human speed. He could see them clearly
knowing they were tracking ninja. Pretty good one's at
that he had only been in this village a few day's and
they had already found him. It had took the past one's
about 2 months and the one's before them even longer.

Still he wondered if they would put up a better right then
the last one's did. He didn't even have to use his
sharingon to take them out. He watched as the trackers
seem to go threw the small down pretty quickly trying
to find him. Maybe he gave them to much credit as they
all appeared infront of the building he was perched
upon chatting amongs themselves. He looked again
and realize it was only three of them. A normal tracking
team consist of 4 members. Either they were one short
or they were that good that they didn't need a forth. But
the hokage was not that kinda of guy.

Aki was right in thinking it as he heard a a yell from the
distance as he turned and was whacked by a water
jutus. That knock him off the place he was perched. He
looked down to where the other shinobi were and two of
them had left and it was only one standing there. He
was performing a hand jutus that Aki knew all to well as
he suck in the air arounhd him and exhale a huge fire
ball headed straight for Aki." A trap" Aki thought to
himself a rather good one at that. Lucky he had planned
for this to happen. as the fire ball his him and a flock of
crows flew away from the flames.

Both trackers wondering what had happened. One
caught on very quickly, to bad for the other one he
wasn't as bright as aki appeared thrusting his blade
right threw the trackers chest. Turning it to the side and
yanked it clean out of the trackers body with great ease.
" You may have caugbht be by a little surprise at first
but that won't happen again" He said as he case the
body of the tracker ninja who performed the fire ball
jutus to the side, and was now staring at the ninja who
had cast the water jutus, who was now standing in the
same spot aki was when he first got attacked.

The tracker ninja masked reminded him of his own
when he was once apart of the anbu. He grinned evilly
at the the tacker ninja, actviating his sharingon. He
could sense the fear in the teacker ninja now. As if the
hokage had neglected to tell him that he was tracking a
former Uchiha member. Without even being aware of
what was happening. aki appeared behind the tracker
sending his blade in the ninja heart. In instant kill this
was almost to easy as the other aki that was standing
there began to fade into hundreds of crows.

Aki Knew this area was now going to eb infested with
leaf village shinobi soon, due to the fact he couldn't
sense the presence of the other two tracker ninja's
which meant the two that he just fought were suppose
to hold him off until they return with back up. To bad for
the hakage he didn't think that out to clearly sense they
hadn't lasted no longer then a few mintues. " Maybe if
he would have informed them i was an Uchiha, they
would have been better ready for this battle, and would
have been a greater challage then they had been". He
thought to himself as he turned around and vainshed in
a puff of smoke.
