The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Personality: Taycee is an extremely outgoing person. She is a kind and gentle but she has a darkside. Taycee doesn't have a split personality but she turns into a different person in certain situations. She switches from a kind person to a dark and mischievous assassin. She is always willing to see the brightest side in anybody. She never seems to keep her mouth shut. Her opinion is always changing and that includes her vision on right and wrong.

Strengths: The deadliest and most notable of their traits, however, is the venom in their veins. It is likely that it came into existence as a defense against wild animals, but it quickly became one of the most efficient methods of killing for the Doku Kōtei users. The shinobi of the Shurajo have an extremely venomous blood, the crimson liquid poisonous to any creature it enters save another Shurajo. The blood can only enter a body through open wounds. Once it enters the blood stream however it will begin expanding itself, similar to a flu virus. Once there it will begin latching itself onto the cardiac sections, causing mild burning pains (similar to heartburn), some dizziness, and a mild headache. After 24 hours, the affected shinobi will be inflicted with a full flu, which will put them in a bed. After 48 hours, they will be forced into a hospital to be treated. After 48 hours, if they are not treated, they will be forced into a coma that may last up to three days before they die. At 36 hours, the chances of the victim's survival reaches 75%. At 60 hours, the chances of the victim's survival are 60%. At 84 hours, the chances of the victim's survival are 45%.
Weaknesses:
This poison can be treated by medical ninja who work in hospitals. Another weakness of this Kekkei Genkai is that the users are slightly physically unstable. They are prone to muscle spasms and headaches. They are also known for getting tired fairly easily, so they sleep often.

Clan History: The Shurajo are an old clan originally of the Land of Night, a country to the far north noted for it's cold climate and long periods of winter. Because of this, many of the inhabinants were noted for their pale skin. This trait has followed through the Shurajo genetics. The Shurajo clan in the past was a nomadic tribe, hunting from place to place like a pack of wolves. However, their bloodlust soon became unquenchable, leading to a civil war between members of the clan. The massacre left few sane survivors to travel through the snowy wastes. Over time, a small remnant of the Shurajo came to Hyougagakure, the Village Hidden in the Blizzard. From that time, they prospered and learned to adapt to the harsh climate and gradually became able to open up and become actual members of the village, conversing with others and making friends.
History: Taycee was born in a small town by the border of Hyougagakure. Her father was a genius of a man, a true tactioner and trusted member of the Shurajo family military that had branched out deeper into rain country. However when he had fell in love with and eventually married Taycee's mother, who wasn't a Shurajo, he was removed from the military branch. The branch he was apart of only believed in true blooded Shurajo's. With nowhere else to go her father was forced to go back to Hyougaga in shame. Taycee was born no more than a year after they moved into Hyougaga.
In the years to come, Taycee learned the ways of a lady, her mother teaching her everything she needed to know about being proper and lady like. She was quite the little lady for a while, having tea parties and such. She found that her ears and tail had no actual use aside from looking cool. She never did see her father much. With him trying to make a living as a shinobi in Hyougaga, he was always out on missions and when he was home, he was tired and sleepy or he was only home for a few minutes at a time. As Taycee found herself missing her father more and more, she started to wish for some way for her to spend more time with her father.
In two years when she turned seven she got her wish. She had started showing signs that she was developing as a Shurajo. It was proven when she accidentally killed her pet dog when it bit her. She learned quickly that her blood was poisonous to all non-shurajo's. This circumstance allowed her to train under her father, he being a magnificent tactitioner and man who know alot about the Shurajo clan.
Riko was learning from the best. Her father wasn't how she had always pictured him. He was a brutal man when it came down to fighting, he showed no mercy, he used everything in his arsenal. She still loved him though. In choosing her dad, she lost her mother. She was walking home from a late night grocery run when she was mugged for the paper in her purse. Taycee was upset at first, her father even more so. She coped through her friends, her father not so much. Her father got his revenge quickly. He killed the man in cold blood, even though he had killed his wife, it was still man slaughter. He was thrown in prison.
With no family in the ouside world Taycee took matters into her own hands. She enrolled in the acadamy, made friends, graduated and started her ninja career as soon as possible.
