The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Shinkan slowly walked out of his parents home after he ate breakfast and headed towards the Oujoukage's office for a mission. His mother had nagged the living hell out of him to remember to be respectful to the Oujoukage. Which thinking about it reminded himself that he really needed to find himself his own place to live and move out, he was 18 for Kami's sake! After reminding himself to go looking for an apartment for his own later he pushed his thoughts to the back of his mind and began to observe his surroundings as he walked. The merchants where trading away as per usual, trying to sell all sorts of things to people passing by. Before he knew it he was standing in front of the building that housed the Oujoukage's office and walked inside. After going through with the normal inspections, which he had a strong distaste for which he showed by the slight warmth of his skin by boiling his blood ever so slightly, he went up and knocked on the Oujoukage's door and then entered with a slight bow said "Chishio Shinkan reporting for duty Oujoukage, I'd like to request this mission."
School Skippers:
Name: School Skippers Difficulty: D Location: Tsukigakure no Sato Reward: 5,000 Ryo Experience: 25 Experience Objective: Bring the student who's been skipping classes, at the academy, back to class. The student will put up a fight, so spook the student but don't hurt the student or the mission reward and experience are forfeit. Description: Our academy class has been missing one boy (or girl) frequently recently. His (her) mother thinks he's (she's) still going to class, but he's (she's) not been here for almost a fortnight now. Bring him (her) back to class.

Shinkan dashed towards the Oujoukage's Office with several neatly filled out sheets of paper in hand and scaled the wall up towards the window of the Oujoukage's office. Opening the window Shinkan jumped into the office and saw the Oujoukage filling out tons of paperwork as all ways and walked over and set the sheets of paper in his hand on the top of what he assumed to be the 'not finished' stack of paper saying "I have completed my missions Ojoukage-Sama I will expect my Ryo and Exp in the near future." Then with a slight bow jumped out of the window and began heading towards his family's home in the clan compound.

Helping on the Farm:
Name: Helping on the Farm Difficulty: D Location: Tsukigakure no Sato Reward: 5,000 Ryo Experience: 25 Experience Objective: Help Joko the farmer with his farm. You will have to till soil for the corn, pick the fruit, make a fence for the cattle, chop some firewood and dig a trench for the watering hole. There is no time limit. Description: A farmer by the name of Joko is having problems with his farm. He seems to think that he may be in over his head with all the responsibility and his young age. He has asked for some additional help for the initial start of his farm and wishes for someone to aid him. If he is dissatisfied, he will not pay.
