Description: These katanas seem ordinary with beautiful designs and circular seals right above the hilt of the swords which can be seen on both sides.  Once the command of release is set upon these weapons, like savage dogs two dragons one being of ice and another of water will engulf the blades and go off to take out the target(s).

Abilities: These Katanas take up there true form when chakra is sent to them, which will cause the circular seal to turn like handles from a water faucet.  Once the command of “Release” is said, the blade of the weapon will be engulfed in a dragon made of the element in which the Katana bares.  The wielder only has to use the command once to activate both katanas as long as the wielder offers up enough chakra to do so.  It will cost the wielder 50 points of chakra each for the initial activation.  Afterwards the wielder will be subjected to pay 25 points of chakra each for every three posts that these dragons remain active.

Saihyo-sen(Ice Breaker): Upon activation the blade of this sword becomes a ruthless ice dragon. This ice dragon ranges from 2ft-70ft in length and 1ft-35ft in width. The body of this dragon is forever connected to the hilt and handle of this blade and resembles the body of a serpent. Its entire body begins from the hilt and is covered up to its neck in Katana Ice blades that are a minimum of 3inches long. These blades are angled 45 degrees on its body, causing targets that come close to suffer the slicing capability of these blades. The head of this bladed dragon resembles a four sided spear head or arrow point, making this dragon more than capable of piecing through targets head first.  Despite the awkward description of this beast it is in appearance, having a body that shines in the light like a white diamond with blue diamond like eyes and blue diamond like teeth shaped like daggers.

The blades coming off of the body of this beast and the ones within the mouth of this beast can increase in length and piercing capability as the dragon grows. Because the dragon is originally the blade of the IceBreaker Katana it possesses a cutting and durability of an actual katana.  When the length of this dragon is below half-length the cutting and durability of this dragon remains the same as an actual katana. At Mid-Length the cutting capability and durability of this dragon becomes 20% better than the average katana and at any level above mid-length these capabilities become 30% better.  The length or growth of this dragon is determined by how much water is available in the area.  This is why this dragon is more effective when used against water based opponents, or in an area with massive water sources.  Once activated this ice dragon can pull water from the air. It will only do this if there are no water sources around to remain its minimal size of 2ft long and 1ft wide. When this dragon comes in contact with water or water based jutsu it will instantly absorb the water and make it part of its own body causing it to grow. The rate in which this dragon can grow is listed below.  

The water absorbed by this dragon is now considered part of the dragon and is now under the submission of the wielder for as long as this blade remains active. The blades on the body and in the mouth of this dragon grows as well, they are all 3 inches minimum and grow 3 more inches for every ft that this dragon gains. The wielder does not have to ever swing the blade to control the dragons because that is done with chakra, and nor does the swinging of the handle affect the course of this dragon. But in order for the wielder to give the dragons commands, the wielder must always have the handle at hand. This dragon works well with its opposite blade known as Liquid Death. When Liquid death is activated this dragon can make contact with liquid death to give the Wielder the option to increase the size of the active ice breaker dragon by half the size of the liquid death dragon, at the cost of cutting the liquid death dragon’s size in half. This dragon attacks targets physically.

Ekitai Shi (Liquid Death): Upon activation the blade of this sword becomes a water dragon. This water dragon ranges from 2ft-70ft in length and 1ft-35ft in width. The body of this dragon is forever connected to the hilt and handle of this blade and resembles the body of a serpent. Its entire body begins from the hilt and is covered up to its neck in wave currents that are continuously flowing. The head of this water dragon resembles that of a snake with three water horns, two at the side of its head and one at the tip of its snout.  Unlike the Ice breaker dragon this dragon cannot draw water from the air, and so to remain its minimal size the wielder will have to pay a toll of 10 points of chakra in addition to any previous chakra tolls every three posts that the liquid death dragon is its minimum size to keep this weapon active. This stipulation only applies if the wielder does not provide this dragon with a continuous supply of water. If this dragon is fed enough water to exceed meet the minimal size then the stipulation will not apply.  This dragon also unlike the other one is toothless and is not really a beast based off of brute force.

Liquid Death is a dragon fixed on feeding off of any liquid source available in order to survive. Because of this if no water is provided after a small period of time this dragon will feed off of the water affinity of the wielder’s chakra. With that said, the wielder cannot keep this weapon at minimal size without a natural source of water if the wielder does not possess the capability to use suiton jutsu.  This dragon leaks out drops of water every second making it seem like there is rain underneath the dragon.  These water drops are harmless to most things except for metal and people. If the water of this dragon comes in contact with metal, the metal will begin to rust leaving it into nothing but frail and rusty metal by the end of three posts, if contact is continuously made. If it comes into contact with a person it will instantly begin to dehydrate the victim until the victim passes out (3 posts of continuous contact). Unless the person is covered in something else form head to toe that changes the effects of the water drops. Regardless of what the target is covered in this dragon will constantly attempt to swallow the targets whole in order to absorb every ounce of fluid in the target’s body even the blood.

This effect causes the blood and liquids of the victim to become part of this dragon’s body and become under the submission of the wielder for as long as this dragon remains active.  Liquid Death is a complicated dragon because, even though it can wet a target, the target will still be dehydrated for as long as its moisture comes from this dragon. This dragon leaves its victims clean, and stainless making it hard for people to track the killer. When the length of this dragon is below half-length the decaying and dehydration capability is 25% every time contact is made. At Mid-Length the decaying and dehydration capability is 40% every time contact is made and at any level above mid-length these capabilities become 50% .  The length or growth rate of this dragon is the same as that of the Ice Breaker Dragon.  The exception being that this dragon can revert ice techniques by melting them into water and absorbing it.

This is why this dragon is more effective when used against water or ice based opponents, or in an area with massive water or ice sources. If the Liquid Dragon was used with The Ice Breaker Dragon and the both get deactivated it will begin to snow in the radius instead. The snow may be white or red depending on the color that the rain.


History: Vanity Blades, most of the history is unknown. Vanity is a secret society created by scientist with a hunger for power. These Scientist have passed away but their legacies live on in certain blood thirsty shinobi who used to be or are descendants of their subjects. These weapons are just a few of the many powerful weapons forged by these scientists.
