The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Cecilia usually is in the mood where everything that bores her, must be made fun. She doesn’t like touching people because she feels like everyone to her is ’dirty’ a peasant if you will. The Story History: Cecilia Sofia Stratford was born June 17th, she was born into the Stratford Bloodline, a family of noble blood. She was the youngest daughter of Ceaser Stratford(Father) and Gwenith Stratford(Mother), she had an older brother known as ‘Zander William Stratford’, he was the heir to the Stratford ‘Throne’ so you could say… She was a child of a bright future, not only was she the first female Stratford born, she was the one bound for great things in life, or that’s what her mother always told her.
Before Cecilia went off to the academy, she lived in the Stratford Manor, where her older brother ‘Zandy’, would teach her the things he had learned when he was in the academy. Zander(25, 7’4,180 pounds) towered over his little sister, although Cecilia was much smaller then himself she could move faster then he could. She became bored of training very easily, and he always ended up playing her games. Cecilia was never much with hand to hand combat, she was more into making Illusions and playing with other peoples minds. Which she was very good at from a small age.
As time passed, Cecilia soon had to be trained by an actual ‘teacher’ or ‘sensei’, she soon come to know that it wasn’t always the fun and games she had with her brother back at home. The Academy was hard and she didn’t enjoy it at all, she never got to play any games with anyone… But slowly the time came to past; she finally became a genin.
Now, Cecilia is seventeen years old, her body is ‘fully’ developed, although she still acts as if she was still a child, she is quite the opposite. She is ready to move forward with her life, although she now has her ‘watch’ mutt with her, other known as Xavier, thanks to her father and brother both agreeing upon the fact she needed to have someone they both could trust to watch over her when they couldn’t, this man became the butler of the family. But mainly he was there to watch and protect Cecilia.
Even though she believed she didn’t need it, they always seemed to of proved her wrong. Cecilia wasn’t as strong as her father or brother, and she was surely not strong enough to be able to protect herself if someone stronger then her came along, and because of this, Xavier came into the family to protect her. She doesn’t like Xavier what so ever; but because her brother told her to stand for him. She of course agreed with the fact that she would stand for it because he wanted her to do so.
She now is going around her village and trying to make herself use to the outside world, where the people who weren’t ‘royal’ like her family and herself.

“The darkness… Amuses me…” Cecilia shot up straight in her bed, she rubbed her eyes as she moved shuffled out of bed her legs were weak and gave out on her at first, but she managed to push her body up straight and move to get dressed. Today was the first day of her private training—Of course the ‘Mutt’ would be there watching her— But never the less she couldn’t seem to shake the dream… It was so real…
Slowly she stumbled her way down the stairs to kiss her mother and father on the cheek as she walked out of the house, she could hear Xaivers’ foot steps following behind her, normally she just ignored him, but he seemed to be getting closer to her. She let out a small sigh as she moved faster, her eyes moved along the streets as she finally arrived to the training pit…
The dream came back to her… It was her brother, Zander… He spoke to her in the dream…
She blinked as she heard something and smiled, she knew it was Xaiver asking if she was okay, or something stupid like that but really she didn’t want to answer him at this point… Cecilia shrugged as she ran towards the training pit now, once her feet hit the ground where the pit was she began. Her body moved in pure harmony, almost as if she was dancing in a way.
Cecilia let out a sigh, as she started her hands and legs moved with grace as each hit landed onto a dummy doll, of course it wasn’t like she could land damage, but hopefully she would end up breaking one like her dearest brother had done so many times before. As each hit contected with the doll, her hands became redder, she couldn’t help but whine each time afterwards when she hit it again with the same hand.
Cecilia never was one for hand to hand combat, that’s why she was going to learn Genjutsu once she was able to. She couldn’t help but think of all the other hands who had touched these dolls, but at this point she didn’t even care, her face was becoming a slight pinkish red color as she moved her body faster, her arms extended as she hit another doll as it bounced back and forth.
Sadly, she was becoming bored of these stupid pitiful dolls as she walked away to another place of training, she finally came across some mats placed out, she laughed a little as she moved down onto her hands and knees as she laid out on her stomach, she put her arms out so she could begin to do push ups.
Cecilia slowly began to place pressure under herself, this wasn’t hard for her because of how little she actually weighed, but it seemed like she wasn’t use to doing this, so after at least five push ups, which seemed to be like 100 to her body, she was slowly becoming tired, and her arms were beginning to hurt, but she kept pushing herself. “God damnit… The pain.” She grunted as she pushed herself up once again, her hands were bright red at the palms, because of the weight they pushed.
