Personality: Neji is very hyperactive. He aslways uses his kekkai genkai abilties to get himself in and out of trouble. He is very devout to any village that he is in and will fight to the death to protect that village. He is incredibly intellegent and uses this to make unique strategies that are almost full proof when in full proper swing. On the other hand, if he is called a freak or is insulted for his appearance he will either leave the village he is at or go on an attack of the unlucky person who made fun of him. Since he is so intellegent, he likes to play pranks on people and play with them before he defeats or kills them.

Likes: Spiders, his freinds, and the jungle vegitation

Dislikes: Being called a freak, pestacides, and newspapers.

Motivation: Become the greatest bounty hunter ninja the world has seen.

Bloodline Name: Human-Spider Synthesis

Bloodline Ability: The Human-Spider synthesis allows members of the Hitogumo clan to live in harmony with spiders. It allows the members to create hard webs from with their chakra, it also gives the users two extra pairs of arms. They also possess a third eye that can only be open at the S-Rank of the clan.

Location: Kusamuragakure

Clan History: The Htiogumo clan has been around from the very start of the jungle village. Living and ruling over the jungle since before the village was formed. When the founders of the village started building, the Hitogumo clan helped build the city by using their unique Kekkai Genkai. The founders and the Hitogumo lived in harmony for over hundreds of years before the turn of events.

When the new Sakurakage came into power he was in a rush of power and he was blood hungry. He wante a war with other villages, but he was advise not to have one. When a member of the Hitogumo approached him to ask a favor, he as stunned by the six-armed freak. He quickly called him a freak and banished him to the forest to never return. The Hitogumo still remained loyal to the Sakurakage and Kusamuragakure. After the Sakurakage died, they were alloed to return to thier beloved village. They have lived peacfully among the villagers ever since.



History

History: Childhood Arc: Neji was born in the Jungle Village, but never knew his parents because they transported him away from the village in fear of the Sakurakage attempting to murdur the clan. He grew up behining taught the ways of the Avalanche ninja and being treated as on of their own. He never felt as if he were one of them and he was normal, despite having six arms. He was very docile as a child and lived on his own learning how to preform basic jutsus and mastering battle forms.

Academy Arc: When Neji was ready to enter the academy he was the age of nine. Being that he had lived on his own he entered late because he never had a sensei to tell him when he was ready. Once he entered he quickly became the top member of his class, executing ninjutsu perfectly when he wasn't even the rank of genin.

He was in the school yard one day and another child approached him called him a freak due to the six arms and Neji flipped. The unsuspecting child was quickly attacked by Neji, but Neji didn't want to make a scene. He spat a web towards the child and left him trapped until he appologized, which happened very quickly. Neji only knew one simple clan jutsu, but it proved quite useful in these situations.

Return to Jungle Arc: After Neji graduated and became genin he returned to the jungle village to visit and see how every thing was. When down there he discovered another Hitogumo who trained him in his clan skills. This made his visit much longer than he expected, but Neji returned home after he discovered his sensei dead. He was disappointed though, his sensei never taught him how to perfect the Spider War Bow, thus Neji could only do simple forms and couldn't shoot more than two arrows without the bow breaking and his hit accuracy was only at 65%. He left the village on his long journey home.

Current Arc: Now Neji is nineteen and he has mastered all basic level clan jutsu and completed many missions other genin couldn't. He lives in the Avalanche village and is training hard for his opportunity to join the chuunin exams. He never misses a call for a mission and has never left one incomplete. He hopes to some day become an ANBU kage protection unit.

RP Sample: Neji looked down at his arms as he continued preparing the Spider War Bow. He had been working on mastering it for sometime and still couldn't. Everytime he'd use it, the bow fell apart after one or two shots. Neji had finally readied the bow and suspended himself with two hands. His feet were on the bow arcs and his other arms were pulling back on the bow string. He hung in the tree and stayed ready. He formed the drill tiped arrow, as he was attemping to shoot through a tree and was aiming for a wooden dummy. He figured Accuracy 57%. He released the string and the arrow flew. Neji also flew as the bow snapped. he fell to the ground and wriathed in pain, then walked toward the dummy. The was a hole in the tree, and the arrow was stuck in the dummy's arm. Hit but not fatal, I'm getting there, He thought. Neji climbed back up the tree and prepared himself for another go.
