Most missions are done by genins and chuunins of the village, and those missions are what help the everyday economy of a village. But some missions done specifically by jounin and the more powerful shinobi of the village are truly what allow a village to exist in peace. Those are war missions, tasks that death is a realistic possibility and more than often valuable shinobi are lost. Today, Isais is being sent off to his first S rank mission, and the first mission above B rank that he has done alone since the death of his former partner, the red rain. This morning Isais was approached in urgency and alerted about a group of rebels that has been killing off members of Hyougagakure. These rebels know Glacierian routes well causing blockades and imposing for trades and supplies to travel from Hyougagakure to their minor villages for support. Without the support the villages will starve and most likely be overcome by the rebels and be forced to oppose their capital for survival. In hyougagakure’s cause that is more likely to happen due to the bad reputation that the village itself carried for years under the mad tyrant, Tenzou. Hyougagakure since the early ages hasn’t produced many legendary shinobis, and when they have, these shinobis have been killed off by circumstances that otherwise would have resulted in the destruction of hyougagakure. Today an entire rebel operation has to be put to a halt but only one man is qualified enough to do this and this man is the current Fubukikage, Isais Neomae. This is a moment of desperation from the village of hyougagakure, given up their own kage in a dangerous mission. Isais on the other hand loves the opportunity, he sees this as an opportunity to test out abbadon and his skills in combat, and maybe even make a name for himself away from being the red rain’s former partner. Isais would fully gear up knowing that this mission will need him to be at his best and last thing he needs is to fall short of being ready.
