The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

As a side note, these boots cover the wielder's feet all the way to the very top of their thigh on both legs and are jet black in color. Also, the entirety of these boots conform to the shape of Eden's legs, showing the muscular details in his legs.

Description: These boots were hand-crafted by one of the greatest blacksmiths in the world, though his name is unknown. These boots were made to bind with its wielder's legs and feet on a molecular/cellular level and enhance the wielder's taijutsu and/or nintaijutsu abilities; they were made with an unknown, very light metal so that they would not encumber the user.
Abilities: These boots were created to conduct even the most powerful raiton chakra and enhance raiton-oriented techniques. These were built for taijutsu and nintaijutsu users who utilize the raiton element. They cannot break or be taken away from its original form. As these gauntlets are bound on a molecular/cellular level to its wielder, they are impossible to be molded/reforged/remade as well.
These boots passively utilize the user's Raiton element to increase the friction the boots have to the ground, allowing him to further control his movements when moving at full speed. So long as the surface is solid, this ability will work. This ability will be 75% useful while on water, since water is constantly in motion. Water that is not in motion will be considered a surface and the ability can be in full function.
This ability passively allows the boots to use Eden's Fuuton element in order to be able to "kick" off of the air. This gives him more freedom in combat and allows him to provide true feints when in the midst of battle to take the opponent off-guard. EX: I'm about to kick a ninja in the face, but instead I make it a feint and kick off of the air and push myself away from the opponent.
NOTE: These boots' passive ability (SPE increase of one rank) cannot stack with jutsu, such as his LRA.
History: These boots were forged by an unnamed master blacksmith more than 200 years ago. These boots were created as a set with the equivalent gauntlets and have been passed down from one grand master of nintaijutsu to the next. These boots were passed on to Eden, along with the gauntlets on his 19th birthday by the boots' and gauntlets' last wielder and he has had them ever since. Eden is currently the Fourth Grand Master of Nintaijutsu to wield these boots.
