The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: This item is a rare sight though it's very appearance gives something of that of a rockstar icon. The lighting bolts entertwine along the finger while the golden jewel up top is that of a very rare stone of lopaz. The jewel shines slightly and electrical currents flow around it whenever it's abilities take place as if there is a loss of the air around it even. The item itself is as small as a size seven while initially also being nicely fitted to the finger it is on.
Abilities: This ring gives its wearer the immunity to Lightning of any nature. This ring's very capabilities are a rarity in all things and is unbreakable. Said to be, this ring encases its very self to the wearer and is nigh impossible to remove off the body.
History: The ring gifted to the original Jojo Kaguya was found along her bones, encased in a manner of which only another Kaguya could have found. The hidden ring was in a manner driven out of the bones during a visit to a kaguya shrine and from there the ring found its way to Jojo of today. The ring was a shiny, something one would not quite forget easily while its weight and look seemed almost familiar in a way while at the same instance Jojo of today had put it on and is still unknown to the actual abilities of the ring.

I'm not agreeable with OOC character transfers that are between accounts(with the exception of ryo from alternate accounts) So idk about you getting Jojo's ryo & items. I'll ask Eden though.
You can have her ryo. That's no issue. In terms of items, if they are ninja tools and such, you will have to either: 1) pay for them as normal, or 2) make a topic where you received a large box or something of the ninja tools she had. Up to you on that.
The Qi-Lin Ring is, as Semasu said, banned. This was banned when the other elemental immunity items were banned. Since this was not originally yours, I cannot necessarily let you make something else to replace it. However, if you like, I can give you a ryo refund for it so that if you wanted to, you could try making whatever item you thought of creating.
