The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Soap Bubble Release Canon/Custom: Customized Cannon Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive, Defensive, Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: All Ranges Specialty: BijuuJutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: The bubbles usually last until they hit something someone or are popped they usually float down and pop on the ground after 2 post. If not being propelled by the user of the jutsu. Cooldown: 2 Post Description: This technique plainly blows bubbles, it depends on the jutsu how many but if regularly just using this jutsu about 10. These bubbles do nothing but act as decoys looking like any other bubbles one would use. So it is safe to say that when using this jutsu it will make ninja act cautiously. Other jutsu can be made using this technique labeled Bubble Release then name of the actually jutsu. The bubbles are highly versatile being able to have an explosive compound, expand and capture people. They can be used as transportation trapping oneself inside and floating on the the currents of air. And have many different materials and chemicals contained inside. But alone they do nothing but float.
Name: Bubble Release: Hidden In The Soap Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: 5 meters long 7 meters high Specialty: BijuuJutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: 4 posts Cooldown: 2 Post Description: The user hides in bubbles wither they make some or use pre- existing bubbles. This jutsu allows the user to appear hidden by blending in with a mass of bubbles. If used with the hidden mist technique on the field, the range of this technique will expand at a rapid rate. This technique when used with the hidden mist technique has a soap like effect that transforms the hidden mist technique into a massive version of the hidden soap technique. If this situation occurs then the hidden mist technique will be no more and the range of this technique will become 15 meters long 22 meters high. The duration of this technique remains the same, it is not renewed nor prolonged. If this technique is used with bubble that contain special properties then this technique can become rather dangerous. Note that this technique is a separate technique from the hidden mist technique and any other technique that isnt by this name, so if special bubbles are being used, this technique does not pardon the chakra cost if any.

Name: Suiton: Teppōdama (Water Release: Gunshot ) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Water Release Range: All Ranges (30 meters) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Chakra: 20 Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack that causes bruised bones and potentially torn muscles. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The number of bullets is determined while kneading chakra. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. Each about the size of a softball, shooting at a speed of 45 mph. The effects change when how much chakra is put into it changes. +5 Softball sized waterballs with Contusions, 5 bullets, +10 Baseball sized waterballs with broken bones and torn tendons, +20 Marble sized waterballs with killing potential.

This is done by merging the hydrogen particles and the oxygen particles for the user to create a large mist around the area that will limit visibility for up to five feet in front of anyone caught within the mist. The limitations only go as far as vision but other senses such as hearing are not disoriented. This technique cannot be used in conjunction with raiton jutsu or electricity. This technique also has duration of five posts and a cool down of four posts. This jutsu can be used up to two times per topic.
Name:Starch Syrup Capture Field Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Element: Suiton Type: Ninjutsu Range: 35 feet in diameter Description: After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from their mouth. This liquid can cover a 35 feet in diameter field . If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance, the amount of chakra needed would be equivalent to the amount of chakra used for the jutsu, 20 chakra. The user however does not have to focus chakra to their feet to hover. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts with a cool down of 6.
Name: Drowning Bubble Technique Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Mid Range Specialty: Ninjutsu, BijuuJutsu Duration: This jutsu takes 1 post to form depending on the size and is shot at the target in the same post. It last until it hits something or someone. Cooldown: 4 Post Description: The user blows out bubbles which wrap around the enemies head and drowns them rather fast. This move not only drowns the enemy but acts as a surprise and can be stopped at any time by the user. The victim of the jutsu can pop the bubble by apply a mild force to it, but the fact of drowning suddenly still could prove to much to those who panic. When it wraps around a specific part the bubble release a mass of water rapidly which would drown someone.
Name: Bubble Release: Acid Permeation Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Mid, Long Specialty: BijuuJutsu, Ninjutsu Duration: The bubbles last 2 whole post. Cooldown: 4 Post Description: The user makes bubbles with an acidic content. The bubbles can't melt metals or anything but can slowly eat through clothes and skin with multiple hits. The bubbles leave a slight residue which will continue to work unless washed off. The bubbles alone leave a first degree burn but if left on can go from first to second degree before it wares off.
B-Rank:
Name: Water Release: Tearing Torrent Canon/Custom: Cannon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Mid(0- 20ft) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: This jutsu last until it hits something or someone. Around 4 post if it doesn't hit something. Cooldown: 6 Post Description: This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques. It can also use surrounding water to make or increase the size of the attack. When it hits something it spins it rapidly bashing and carrying it around. When hitting another water source this technique can go from around 6 inches in size to a couple of feet larger in a matter of moments if the user has enough chakra. This jutsu can cause broken bones torn skin and muscles. This torrent of water goes 30mphs.

1)Change all the specialty sections of any of your bubble release jutsus to Bijuujutsu. You are unable to use Bubble Release without your bijuus chakra. Also make sure the specialty on any jutsu reads Ninjutsu, taijutsu ..ect.. because that's what that section means.

4)You're gunna have to elaborate on the drowning bubble technique. Cause the way i see it no one is escaping or dodging that, "Surprise". Like how does it even happen?
5) The Electrolytes move needs work. its raiton element , which is not the same as actual lightning so its shock level has to seriously drop. The chakra drain is obviously on the user right? explain that. Also have a set duration for it, anything else complicates it.
6) Tearing torrent: I need a range man, until it hits something doesnt cut it. Also how much of an increase does it get when nearby water sources are being used?
