The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: God's Fire Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E-Rank Element: Fire Range: 50 meters high Specialty: Ninjutsu Cooldown: 2 posts Description: Hand Seals; God's Fire is a simple technique. The user would do the hand signs, and then shoot a fire like flare out of their mouth. The technique only has the use of giving out a SOS or position.
Name: Wrath of a God Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Defensive and Offensive Element: Lightning Range: The person must be touching the user. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Wrath of a God is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with his opponent, Nagato will raise his arm into the air. He will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through his body into the body of his opponent. The damage is a slight shock, stunning an opponent allowing Nagato to make a getaway. The damage has a low property, mostly used to stun.
Name: Rolling Thunder Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Offensive Element: None. Range: 0-5 meters Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2 posts Description: The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the stomach. The attack is various kicks and punches, which could all add up to D-Rank damage, aka low damage, such as bruises, scratches and a light feeling of pain. For example, it can have the same level of pain like a small headache.

Name: Wind of a God Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Wind Range: 0-10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user will do the hand signs known as Tiger, Ox, Rat, Rabbit, Dragon, and finish with Bird. While still keeping the Bird hand sign, the user will draw in a huge breath, concentrating chakra. Then, by using the Wind Element, the user will release a tornado like blast, capable of breaking a small boulder, about as big as a Globe, or Basketball. It will leave such as small scars, big bruises and scratches and can cause a small amount of physical bleeding, maybe a bleeding nose or small wounds.

Name: Lightning Release: Hound of the Gifted Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-Rank Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 0-10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user will do the hand signs of Ox, Tiger, Serpent, and finish with Boar. They will then begin charging the lightning chakra into their right hand. The user will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from the user's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range. This jutsu can do moderate damage, such as physical bleeding, big cuts and scratches, big scars and big bruises.

Okay. All of these jutsu/techniques require specific damage. For instance, your "Wind of a God" jutsu: it is a C-rank jutsu so it can't shred through everything in its path. Please describe what each of these techs can do in terms of damage according to the tech's rank.
