The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: E Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: 50 feet Description: One round charge up rather than hand seals; Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object, this object must be something like a log or stone roughly the same size as the user. The size doesn't have to be exactly the same as the user but what this means is a person can't replace themselves with a leaf or a twig, nor could they replace themselves with a giant boulder, if questions arise over uses of this technique contact an admin but any decision they make is final. In addition this can not be another person unless that person is willing. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. These objects or other people must be within 50 feet of the user when the technique is performed. There is a 5 round cool down between uses of this technique and it can only be used a maximum of 3 times per topic.
Name: Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu [Mist Servant Technique] CanonCustom: Canon Rank: D Element: - Type: Genjutsu Range: 1000 feet max (Sound travels) Description: Requiring handseals, this genjutsu starts after the opponent hears the clap after the handseals. The user can creates clones of themselves much like bunshin no jutsu. However, when hit by an attack, rather then puffing away, they act as if they were made of a blackish oil-like liquid, repairing themselves even if fully destroyed. They are able to imitate attacks, though they are only illusions and can’t actually affect their surroundings, and are often used to hide projectiles of the user amongst their own. The user can create far more clones with this then using bunshin no jutsu, able to create over a dozen clones at once even as an Academy Student, and the average Chuunin can create hundreds at once, filling up an entire battlefield with them.
Name: Fuuton: Minawana no Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type:Ninjutsu Element:Fuuton Range:Medium-Long Specialty:None Duration:1 post Cooldown:3 posts Description: A technique where the user gathers air particles into their finger until it shows a small twister on the index finger. The user then covers it with their thumb and snaps at a target. The snap causes a small but fast moving shard of air at the target. The shard moves at 40mph but it takes a full post to charge up enough chakra to perform this technique.
Name: Kagai Bunshin no Jutsu Canon/Custom:Custom Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Element:None Range:N/A Specialty:None Duration:Until the clone is destroyed or the genjutsu is dispelled Cooldown: Once per battle Description: An alteration of the Bunshin technique, creating a Bunshin of the enemy that appears to actually be able to fight. In reality the target fighting nothing but in the target’s mind he really is fighting a copy of himself and the copy will not go away until he figures out how to destroy it, or dispels the genjutsu. This is good for exhausting their target and possibly making their target expose their weaknesses in order to destroy the copy.

This is technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and expelled from the mouth either as three orbs of roaring flame fired in rapid succession that in the air combine to form a giant fireball (twice the size of Great Fireball Jutsu) that when it connects inflicts up to 3rd Degree burns depending on how well the target was hit.
