The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Name: Eight Inner Gates Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Element: n/a Type: Taijutsu Range: self Description: The Eight Gates are eight specific points on a person's Chakra Pathway System. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies.The state of having all Eight Gates open is known as Eight Gates Released Formation (八門遁甲の陣, Hachimon Tonkō no Jin; English TV "Eight Inner Gates Formation"). Any shinobi who activates this state will temporarily gain powers greater than a Kage, but they will die because of the damage done to their body. While the gates are active the use of taijutsu moves does not deplete the users chakra pool but they are limited to the use of up to two B rank or lower taijutsu per round or one A rank or above.
The Gate of Opening (開門, Kaimon), located in the brain. This gate removes the restraints of the brain on the muscles allowing twice the normal strength of the body of the user. Unlocking this gate allows the user to use the Front Lotus.

Name: Paw Protection Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: None Type: Ninjutsu Range: Self Description: The user does no hand seals. Automatically his claws begin to grow larger. They also become made of a titanium like object. This Jutsu will let the users werewolf Teeth also become metal. It will basically make His teeth metal and His claws metal. Regeneration cost 5 Chakra. It last for 4 Post. It can withstand a D-rank technique and anything lower. This takes 1 post for the claws to grow and harden along with the teeth. It has a three post cool down.
Name: Lightning Focus Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Element: Lightning Type: Nintaijutsu Range: Self Range Description: The user focuses on a part of his body. The part of his body will then have lightning surrounding it. He can switch the part of the body he wishes to make lightning. It can only be one part at a time. Their are 6 parts (Head, Chest, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, Right leg.) It takes 2 Chakra to alternate between each part. It also cost 2 Chakra to maintain it for every post. This can withstand a D-rank which will make the lightning on his body part disappear. IT had a 5 post cool down and is instant. This has a 1 post charge
Name: Rock Wall Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Element: Earth Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close Range and 10 meter radius. Description: The user will focus and then a wall that is 6 meters wide and 4 meters thick will raise from the ground and block the person. The wall appears within 10 meter radius away or close to the user. It can hold 1 C-rank before crumbling. It takes 2 D-ranks before crumbling also. After the attack of the C-rank it will crumble. The Rock wall doesn't have a height because the user can raise it and put it down at will up to 10 meters.. Though it is weak toward lightning attacks. This is strong against liquids such as water. The cool down is 4 post and its duration is 2 post(if needed). This Jutsu requires 3 Hand Seals

I'm sorry that no one has been able to review your jutsu at this time, but please bear in mind this rule:
Bumping: From time to time the staff won't be able to look at our applications (be they characters, weapons, jutsu...) right away due to either personal problems or a build up of other work needing to be finished on the forum that takes priority. When this happens a person's natural reaction seems to be posting a "bump" in that topic, we please ask that you refrain from doing this. After one week has passed we have a staff member assigned to go through the creation zone and place a bump for you. However if you feel you're an extremely important thing you are allowed to bump it yourself but only after a minimum of 72 hours. You are also only allowed to bump a topic one time, not a single time more than that.
Oh ok, I sees what you mean, but I waited nearly 20 days for this to be approved. I've asked people to review it, but they would often go "Afk" when asked. Anyways, I figure this would be the only way to get a staff members attention. Sorry for breaking the rules, it won't happen again.
As a notice, do not post already approved Clan Jutsu in the Jutsu registration.
Name: Lightning Focus Range should be Self. I am going to assume this will cost the regular amount of chakra to use at first, then 2 to maintain, correct? If this is not the case, say so.
Name: Rock Wall Range should be how far away you can use the wall, "close" is too vague. Include its strength/weaknesses to other elements in regards to its crumbling. Also, saying that a user must only do 3 handseals makes it seem like an attempt to make it have handseals, but still be able to use it in the same post as it was started, which is not allowed. List how thick the wall is.
As for the Gates, at one point we had a list for specific users that were able to use the Gates. I don't really know where that is at...but I don't believe that you can just purchase them as it is.

Name: Rock Wall Are you not going to make it strong against water as well? Also, I think you should have a max height it can achieve, unless you're going to include that as part of the 10 meter raidus. If that's the case, then just leave it as it is.
Pricing and Reviewing so I could get this approved. I already decided I had enough to buy the gates so I would like to purchase that first. Then if I have Ryo left I will spend it on the rest.
