Description: It is an upgrade to the sleeve that infuses it with barium, a flexible metal with the strength of steel that doesn't conduct electricity in its flexible state and has a melting point of 1341 degrees Fahrenheit but because of its reactivity to water, water jutsu that hit the arm are increased by one rank. It also adds a red stripe down the middle of it and on the shoulder has a plate extending a foot upward with the same properties.

Abilities: This sleeve has the ability t increase Shizens strength x2 for 6 posts when he charges a C-rank amount of chakra into it and has a cooldown of 8 posts and if he charges a B rank amount of chakra into it boosts his strength x3 for 4 posts in his left arm and has a cooldown of 10 posts

History: One of the scientists from Shippugakures development team hunted down Shizen after doing research on an experimental way to give the sleeve used to replace the skin on his left arm more use and then took him to their laboratory and completed the necessary steps to upgrade the sleeve, and greatly altered its appearance.

Appearance:

As far as your strength being passive, that is probably a no. If you continually pump C Ranks, worth of chakra into it, yes. Right now, bc of the passive ability and steel durability, your looking at a price of 55,000 ryo (Bc of the ability fee). In order to drive the price down, you will need to do as suggested. It can be a passive loss of chakra for the 2x strength, but eventually, itll have to be too much and need a cooldown. You can then choose to pump more chakra into the arm for the 3x strength, which will last for 4 posts. Cooldowns are always larger than duration. So if you choose the three times strength, itll be a 10 post cooldown.

Now, concerning the material. Metal as you know, is HIGHLY conductive to lightning, meaning if you were to prepare a lightning based jutsu, it could conduct into that arm, damaging it beyond repair. Is there any other substance that you can substitute for it, or are you willing to limit lightning jutsu to your oppoaing arm, which could still conduct to this material...

If you look up the chemical properties of Barium it doesn't conduct electricity in its flexible state, only in its solid state, which is why i chose it as the metal. Me having to do a chemistry report over the element barium has its advantages haha

Ok, I'm glad you were able to research it. I need that very information you stated in the description. That will clear up any questions others will have. Now, one last thing I need, is the durability of Barium when other blades come in contact, as well as other jutsu. Will fire melt it? Are there any natural elements that distort it, like water, ice, etc.? After that info, then I can price it accordingly.

This is due to the material, no conductivity, high melting point and overall strength capacity built within the sleeve with no drawbacks.
