The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: The gauntlets themselves are not fashioned like normal gauntlets, but in fact come in two parts. The forearm armor is fashioned onto Vaughn's overcoat, in a sort of semi-circular sort of way. The second part is gloves, that in fact are made of leather with steel studs on the knuckles. The bottom of the glove is made of a refine leather that is able to let Vaughn grab blades without getting cut, but can not withstand a slash from any blade. The forearm armor has Vaughn's village symbol on it.
Abilities: The steel can deflect blades made of steel or any mineral equivalent, anything higher can damage it. The forearm armor can deflect D rank kenjutsu and taijutsu skills. The armor can withstand 2 C rank jutsu or 1 B rank jutsu, if one more jutsu is used after the requirments are met the armor will shatter. A rank can damage and break the armor. Any weapon made of mineral stronger than steel can dent and break it.
History: Before Vaughn's travel to find the Claw as a sort of defense, and has aided him since. It was only recently that Vaughn went to his village's blacksmith to craft the Village symbol onto them, so he could get rid of the headband and still be known by his fellow villagers.

Well the forearm armor is used to block and deflect sword strikes since it is made in a sort of semi-spherical shape, but other than that the forearm armor is made of steel, and the gloves leather with steel studs on the knuckles.

Then in the abilities section, break down the durability of the steel, by gauging what jutsu can destroy it, and how many strikes it would take from a weapon before it breaks. The higher the durability, the more it will cost.
