The islands in Ocean Country have been celebrating the arrival of the next Umikage, Saizo. The long bridge leading to SHIPPUUGAKURE NO SATO has been closed for outsiders because they wish to celebrate this moment with Ocean Country natives only.
As usual, the Storm Country has been hosting the Asgard Games to welcome their Kanetsukage, Cornelia. It's a double special occasion because Cornelia is also the first female Kanetsukage. She has been picked for her courage, loyalty and outstanding power by the BOUFUUGAKURE NO SATO elders.
Not only that, but the Cherry Blossom Country has become relieved as well. It seems that everyone is slowly picking up after the war now. KUSAMURAGAKURE NO SATO proudly presented their new Sakurakage, Altair.
TSUKIGAKURE NO SATO is still thriving on the merchants coming in and out. They have not experienced anything special lately. Their wealth has remained the same as they were not forced to invest into shinobi unlike the others.
On the cold isles of the Blizzard Country, HYOUGAGAKURE NO SATO has still refused to create a free traveling policy. Some habits never change. To protect their traditions, they have even warned outsiders to not interfere with their matters.
Now that everyone is picking up again, who will come out on top?

Description: A small tanto, or small katana, that is used mainly for defense. it is a sharp blade and is highly prized. Both are shining from being made of iron. One has the words 'Never Back down' in Japanese "決してあきらめるな" And the other has the inscription of the simple word, 'Believe' or "信じる" on one side of the blade. They each have matching holsters, one for the right, and one for the left. When swung, the blade leaves a trail of white light, giving it its name. The white light serves no real purpose, except the fact that it is very pretty.
Abilities: The knife itself is very durable, being able to withstand up to 1 A-Rank Taijutsu, Katon or Doton Jutsu. Raiton has no effect on it, since it's a conductor. The tanto can cut easily through skin and bone, and can pierce almost all metals, except Titanium, which it makes an inch deep dent in it.
History: An avid swordsman, Etai wants to try to extend his array of weaponry. He chose to purchase a Tanto of his own, and decided to just buy two for the sake of it. So he engraved them, and added his own special touch to them.

The white light, is an ability, however, if you state it as being just an effect for description, then its fine. So as long as it doesn't give you any kind of advantage in battle, no charge. The second I find that you use it for the advantage, I will void that post. Lastly, any durability factor or cutting power that it has, needs to be put in the ability section as well.

Put the cutting power in the ability section. Cutting power isnt subject to a fee, so if you want to increase it, you can. Same with durability. If you want it to be extremely tough, go for that as well.
